97 Cases Of Hemophilia Quality Of Life Investigation And Analysis In Yunnan Province

Objective:Through questionnaires, telephone follow-up, outpatient follow-up treatment, hospitalization of patients with hemophilia, for understanding the basic situation of yunnan hemophilia patients quality of life, and the main factors that influence the quality of life.Methods:Through formulates conforms to the local conditions of yunnan province health quality of life questionnaire, then we hemophiliac field questionnaire investigation, telephone surveys, to investigate to outpatient and the inpatient treatment patients, and collect the information for statistical analysis.Results:The SPPSS17.0 statistical software analysis, according to the results: (1) Hemophilia in older children and adults are more likely to happen joint deformities, and patients have more physical activity at ordinary times, adults treatment is poor; (2)Medium-duty hemophiliac bleeding causes mostly for no apparent cause of spontaneous bleeding. Hemophiliac joint hemorrhage is related to the severity of disease, heavy hemophiliac joint bleeding more frequent and severe than light and medium; (3) Hemophiliac by timely and effective blood coagulation factor replacement after treatment, the number of hemophiliac target joint bleeding degrees, compared with before treatment improved significantly, reducing the occurrence of the joint bleeding and recurrence, reduce morbidity. (4) Care and life situation:Yunnan hemophiliac after correctly effective treatment on time, hemophiliacs personal life self-care ability and social participation ability have improved. In yunnan province, the economic level of most of the patients with hemophilia still falls behind more developed areas and the knowledge of education, knowledge of hemophilia missionary activities is not enough, only a small number of patients can be family therapy.Conclusions:In yunnan province, the overall quality of life after treatment in patients with hemophilia has a certain improvement, but because the lack of economy, the lack of understanding of the disease treatment of self management, so there are still factors hindering on the hemophilia patients’ quality of life in our province.
