Objective:Retrospective the clinical data of 53 cases of early gastric cancer,summarizes the diagnosis and treatment of this disease,explore its risk factors and syndrome types in TCM.Methods:Based on the previous hospitalized patients with early gastric cancer were retrospectively analyzed and summarized the clinical diagnosis and treatment, and to analyze patients with early gastric cancer etiology and TCM Syndrome Types.Results:The incidence of EGC patients with or without history of smoking and alcohol has no significant relationship(P = 0.476> 0.05);early gastric cancer metastasis and tumor size in two dimensions are clearly related(P = 0.023 <0.05; P = 0.031 <0.05);the positive tumor marker rate of 13.2% in early gastric, CA72-4 positive may be associated with early gastric cancer;the analysis of early gastric cancer in TCM, accounting for 64.2 percent Deficiency Syndrome,An Empirical 35.8%.Conclusion: The presence or absence of the history of smoking and alcohol has no significant relationship between gastric cancer;early gastric cancer lymph node metastasis has a significant correlation between two dimensions size values.CA72-4 positive with a certain significance in the diagnosis of early gastric cancer.Risk factors of early gastric cancer in TCM,change to the Deficiency Syndrome as the main manifestation of gastric function may be important risk factors of gastric cancer.
