| Objective:Study of traditional Chinese medicine kidney huoxue soup of spontaneously hypertensive rats(Hypertension Rat, SHR) blood pressure, high sensitivity C reactive protein(hs-CRP), interleukin-6(IL-6), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and serum rem –nant like lipoprotein particles cholesterol(RLP-C), the influence of evaluating kidney huoxue soup against older the curative effect of spontaneously hypertensive rats, and to analyze its mechanism of action, for treatment of senile hypertension provide theoretical basis and feasible thinking and methods for the Chinese medicine treatment of senile hypertension.Methods: Using random parallel control animal experiments, to old SHR, were randomly divided into four groups,those are kidney huoxue soup group, captopril group, the kidney huoxue soup and captopril group(two drugs combination group) and model control group, each group of 12, with age and sex matched 12 WKY(Wistar said 49-year-old kyoko) rats in blank control group. Were given to kidney invigorate the circulation of soup, captopril, kidney huoxue soup and captopril 10 mg/kg lavage, blank control group and model control group both in the same dose of distilled water to fill the stomach, 1 time/day, the weekend before, four treatment groups mice, treatment of blood pressure and eight weekend in 8 we-eks after intervention treatment, death, blood and tissue, determination of hs-CRP, IL-6, TNF-αand RLP-C.Results: 1. Each group rats serum hs-CRP, IL-6, TNF-α: model control group significantly increased compared with blank control group(P<0.01), but the treatment group is higher and the model control group were lower(P<0.05), two of which were the lowest, compared with the blank control group no significant difference(P>0.05). 2. Each group rats RLP-C: model control group significantly increased compared with blank control group(P<0.01), but the treatment group is higher, the model control group were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion: Kidney huoxue soup can effectively reduce the ageing of SHR blood pressure and serum levels of hs-CRP and IL-6 and TNF-αlevel and RLP-C. |
