Clinical Observation On Er Ban Tang In The Treatment Of Insufficiency Of Both Qi And Yin Syndrome With Heat-toxicity In Chronic Glomerulonephritis

But the effects are limited, and after treatmentin patients with adverse reactions, complications, difficult to adhere to the treatment.and so on. Therefore, traditional Chinese medicine has become a new research direction of chronic glomerulonephritis..In the motherland medicine,chronic glomerulonephritis belongs to "edema","turbid urine" "lumbago”and so on.According to the characteristics of the predecessors of clinical symptoms,chronic nephritis is divided into five types,such as spleen kidney deficiency, spleen and kidney Yang deficiency, lung and kidney deficiency, liver and kidney Yin deficiency, qi and Yin deficiency type. Er Ban Tang is the professor Jinghuan Guan who works in the Wuhan Integrated TCM and Western Medicine Hospital according to many years of clinical experience summary of the treatment of qi and Yin deficiency and heat type of experience. Objective: This topic through the two parts of the clinical observation and the animal experiment to observe the clinical effects of Er Ban Tang treats the chronic nephritis albuminuria Qi and yin deficiency and heat type.Then explore the effective therapies and prescriptions of TCM syndromes,syndrome differentiation and treatment of the disease with the aim to reducing urinary protein for clinical patients, alleviating the clinical symptoms of the patients,and protecting renal function to provide more ideas and therapy.Methods: The clinical observation collects the cases of Wuhan Integrated TCM and Western Medicine Hospital. during March 2011 to March 2014, the clinical diagnosis of chronic glomerulonephritis of 116 patients. According to the principle of randomized parallel,we divide the patients into 2 groups,.The treatment group has 60 cases including the male 39 cases and the female 21 cases.The control group has56 cases including the 35 male and 21 female cases. Two groups of patients are treated by the basis of conventional western medicine therapy, treatment group was given to Er Ban Tang, the control group was given Shenyan Kangfu Tablet.We observate the cases for 12 weeks, record the change of the two groups of patients with symptoms of TCM, before and after treatments and 24 hours urinary protein, urinary albumin creatinine ratio, quantitative change of blood in the urine routine. The results were statistically analyzed with SPSS16.0.Methods of making model animal experiment according to Lu Huiyu, using the bovine serum albumin(BSA) and lipopolysaccharide(LPS) and carbon tetrachloride(CCL4) method for establishment of rat model. After the success of the rat model of manufacturing, accordancing the principle of random, rats was be divided into Er Ban Tang group and Shenyan Kangfu Tablet group, for 8 weeks to lavage treatment in rats. We record the before and after treatment between groups of rats blood in the urine routine, liver and the kidney function, 24 hours urinary protein quantitative and urinary albumin creatinine ratio, etc. We use SPSS16.0 statistical analysis the data. Results: Clinical observation showed: In improving TCM symptoms such as complexion, lumbar debility, dry mouth, dry throat, sore throats, five upset hot, etc., Er Ban Tang and Shenyan Kangfu Tablet has significant curative effect(P < 0.05), but Er Ban Tang has the better effects than Shenyan Kangfu Tablet(P< 0.05); The Er Ban Tang and Shenyan Kangfu Tablet can decrease by reducing the amount of urinary protein, urinary albumin creatinine ratio, lower serum creatinine levels, improve the level of plasma albumin(P < 0.05), but the effectS of t Er Ban Tang nephritis piece for optimal recovery( P < 0.05); In lower urinary erythrocytes and urea nitrogen levels, Er Ban Tang and Shenyan Kangfu Tablet have effect(P < 0.05), but Er Ban Tang is nephritis rehabilitation piece is quite without apparent advantage(P > 0.05) Animal experimental results showed that: Er Ban Tang and Shenyan Kangfu Tablet can reduce experimental rats of proteinuria,(P < 0.05), and Er Ban Tang has nephritis rehabilitation efficacy for proteinuria(P < 0.05)。 Discussion:Er Ban Tang is Professor Jinghuan Guan Decoction for treatment based on syndrome differentiation according to the clinical symptoms of the patients in clinic, have proved effectively.Party in half as a tonic, tonifying spleen kidney, to strengthen the health and temper kidney solid action taken.
