The Clinical Study Of Nephritis Capsule Combined With Baoshen Recipe Treating To Chronic Nephritis-

Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy and safety of the two treatments for th e treatment of chronic nephritis with Baoshen recipe,the combination of Ne phritis Capsule and Baoshen recipe.Methods:According to the criteria of Chinese medicine and Western medicine,80 eligible patients with chronic nephritis were randomly divided into 40 cases of therapy group(Nephritis capsule combined with Baoshen recipe)and 40 control group(Baoshen recipe).The control group was combined with Bao shen recipe on the basis of basic Western medicine treatment.The therapy g roup was treated with the addition of Nephritis Capsule in the control group.The cycle is 6 months.There were statistical analysis of clinical efficacy i ndicators and safety indicators before and after treatment,scientific evaluatio n of the clinical efficacy of Nephritis Capsule in the treatment of patients with chronic nephritis.Results:1.The TCM symptom scores of the two groups were significantly deer eased after treatment,and there were statistical differences in the group(p<0.01).There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups i n the TCM symptom scores after treatment(p<0.01).The therapy group was superior to the control group.The efficacy of TCM symptoms in the two groups was 87%in the therapy group and 63%in the control group.2.Both groups of treatment can reduce proteinuria.the total effective rat e of therapy group was 75%,the total effective rate of the control group w as 60%;There was no significant difference between the groups before treat ment(p>0.05).there was a statistical difference between the two groups(p<0.01),Nephritis capsule protein reduction effect is better than the control gr oup.3.There was no significant difference in renal function between the tw o groups.There was no significant difference between the two groups befor e and after treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(p>0.05).4.Both groups of treatment can affect blood lipids.There was no signi ficant difference between the two groups before treatment(p>0.05).There w as significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(p<0.05).There was a significant difference i n the comparison between trigl yceride and low-density lipoprotein(p<0.05),and the effect of nephritis caps ule was better than that of the control group.5.The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group and the co ntrol group was 7.5%and 5%.Conclusion:1.The combination of Nephritis Capsule and Baoshen recipe can signifi cantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with chronic nep hritis,especially the improvement of blood stasis syndrome.2.The combination of Nephritis Capsule and Baoshen recipe has better curative effect on reducing proteinuria.3.The combination of Nephritis Capsule and Baoshen recipe can reduc e total cholesterol,triglyceride,low-density lipoprotein,increase high-density lipoprotein,and is more effective in reducing triglyceride and low-density lip oprotein.4.The combination of Nephritis Capsule and Baoshen recipe has no eff ect on liver and kidney function and coagulation function,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low,which is worthy of promotion.
