The Clinical Research For The Treatment Of Diabetic Kidney Disease Ⅳ Period Proteinuria By Nephritis Rehabilitation Tablet

Objective:By observing the clinical curative effect of two drugs’(Shenyankangfu Tablet’s,Huangkui capsule’s)treatments in patients with stage IV diabetic nephropathy,get further evaluation of two kinds of traditional Chinese medicine to control the efficacy and safety of stage IV diabetic nephropathy proteinuria.Methods:This study used the randomized controlled trial method and selected 60 patients who came from department of nephropathy and outpatient department of nephropathy of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine from March to December in 2016,and they were all diagnosed with diabetic nephropathy,met the inclusion criteria and they were all informed and agreed to join the study.60 patients were divided into experimental group(Nephritis Rehabilitation Tablets:5 pieces Tid Po)and control group(Ambrette Capsule:5 pieces Tid Po).Each group has 30 cases.The course of taking medicine is 24 weeks.After the end of observation,statistically analys patients’ datas:24 hour urine protein and urine β2 microglobulin,glomerular filtration rate,urinary beta N-acetyl-D glucosamine anhydride enzyme,blood lipid(TC,TG,LDL-C),and the changes of glycosylated hemoglobin and clinical symptoms and related safety index.Result:1.Using statistical software SPSS 19.0 to statistic and analys 24 hours urine protein and urineβ2 microglobulin and urinary beta N-acetyl-D glucosamine anhydride enzyme,glycosylated hemoglobin,glomerular filtration rate,blood lipid values before and after treatment in the control group and the experimental group,there was statistical significance.Two kinds of medicine in treatment effectively,the experimental group and the control group after treatment efficiency of contrast analysis was statistically significant(P<0.05),the experimental data show that the experimental group’S treatment effect is obviously better than the control group’s.2.The improvement of TCM symptoms:The improvement of TCM symptoms:the experimental group and control group were compared before and after treatment,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05),most of patients improved significantly after treatment in the two groups.3.Safety index:there was no significant difference in safety index between the experimental group and the control group before and after the treatment(P>0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions during the treatment of the two kinds of Chinese patent medicines.Conclusion:1.Nephritis Rehabilitation Tablets/Ambrette Capsule combined with basic treatment,can reduce patients’ symptom with stage Ⅳ diabetic nephropathy proteinuria,and TCM symptoms,renal injury;2.Nephritis Rehabilitation Tablets is better than that of Ambrette Capsule in reducing urine protein in patients with diabetic nephropathy Ⅳ,improving renal function and lipid metabolic disorder.3.There were no obvious adverse reactions related to the drugs in patients with the use of Nephritis Rehabilitation Tablets and Ambrette Capsule.
