Objective: Renal damage, being one of the target organ under condition of hypertension(HTN), comes to be one of the most common and sever complications. This study aims to evaluate the prediction value of hormone of renin-angiotensinaldosteronesystem and their gene polymorphism to early renal damge following HTN.Methods: Through case-control study,we first applied Taqman probe technique and Elias to exam angiotensin converting enzyme(ACE)ACE-A11599G、angiotensinⅡtype 1 recepter(AT1R)AT1R-A1166C、angiotensinⅡtype 2 recepter(AT2R)AT2R-G1675 A 、Aldosterone(ALD)ALD-C344 TGene polymorphism、RAAS(PRA、Ang Ⅰ、AngⅡ、ALD)and their relationship with Urine trace albumin/ urine creatinine in patients with hypertension. Results and Conclusions: We found that the body weight、systolic pressure、creatinine、usea nitrogen、cystatin C are probably associated with early renal damage, and the level of renin-angiotensin-aldosterone were not associated with early renal damage; however, AT2R-G1675 AGene polymorphism is highly relative with renal damge instead of ACE-A11599G、AT1R-A1166 C and ALD-C344 T.Thus, we concluded thatAT2R-G1675 A can predict HTN, providing new therapeutic treatment target for renal damage following HTN.
