The Clinical Study On Shu Gan Jian Pi Fang In Treating Functional Dyspepsia

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of dyspepsia Shu gan Jian pi Decoction "in the treatment of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type function, and investigate the mechanism of Shu gan Jian pi Decoction" in the treatment of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type of functional dyspepsia from theory and clinical research two.Methods: Clinical select 60 patients met the inclusion of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type of functional dyspepsia patients with poor standard, were randomly divided into two groups, The treatment group(30 cases) Shu gan Jian pi Decoction, the control group(30 cases)given daily to pan li su(40mg/ piece), 40mg/ time, two times a day, sooner or later, 30 minutes before meals and oral; domperidone(10mg/ piece), 10mg/ time, three times a day,30 minutes before meals and oral, The two groups were treated for 4 weeks. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 17 software.Results: No significant difference between the two groups in insomnia, fatigue symptom score(P>0.05); there is obvious difference of anorexia, early satiety, belching and acid regurgitation, irritability, loose stool in treatment(P<0.05), there was significant difference in the treatment of epigastric fullness, epigastric pain(P< 0.01). Explain the treatment group in the treatment of epigastric fullness, early satiety, epigastric pain, anorexia,belching, acid regurgitation, irritability and loose stool side effects than the control group, in insomnia, fatigue symptom score difference was not significance.Conclusions: Shu gan Jian pi Recipe has a good clinical effect on the treatment of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type of functional dyspepsia, worthy of further study and application.
