Statistical analysis All data are realized under the support of SPSS18.0 software.Results:(1) can the solid red kidney and spleen and uterine serum levels of NO decreased(P <0.05), significantly increased(P <0.01) ET-1 serum and uterus, ET-1 / NO ratio was significantly increased(P <0.01);(2) solid red ki dney and spleen homogenates of rat uterine side of PGE2 was significantly lo wer(P <0.05), homogenized content PGF2α significantly increased(P <0.05), PGF2α / PGE2 the ratio was significantly higher(P <0.01);(3)solid red kidne y and spleen can the significant increase in serum TXB2 content(P <0.01), s erum 6-Keto-PGF1α was significantly lower(P <0.05), TXB2/6-Keto-PGF1α w ere significantly increased(P<0.01).Conclusion:Solid red kidney and spleen can only improve the level of ju venile uterine endometrial hyperplasia model ovariectomized rat uterus and ser um ET enhance uterine local vasoconstriction; while reducing uterine local an d serum NO levels decreased uterine local vasodilation. Meanwhile, kidney an d spleen solid red square can significantly regulate the content of the rat uter us and serum prostaglandin, the ratio between the balance of prostaglandins, s uggesting solid red kidney and spleen can only regulate endometrial hyperplas ia in young ovariectomized rats model of uterine vascular microenvironment v asomotor system level, to promote coordination of endometrial vasomotor func tion, effectively improve the local micro-environment of the uterus, kidney an d spleen for clinical use solid punch treatment of adolescent DUB provide an experimental basis.
