Design And Implementation Of Electronic Medical Record Management System For Small-middle Hospitals

Development of computer and network technology promote the rapid development of information technology. Hospital electronic medical record management as an important part of hospital management makes hospital drug management more scientific and standardized with the application of information management technology and computer technology. It is a top priority of this research to improve the level of hospital medicines management.In this paper, in the design process of the system, we research status of a hospital electronic medical record management at the same time, combined with today’s hospital information system development status, we proposed design and implementation of hospital medicine management system based on B/S pattern. We use a top-down development of the status quo approach to develop the system which starts from the actual needs of a hospital electronic medical record management, combined with the doctors’ actual work to determine the various functional modules. This system was developed by B / S mode system, and took main advantage of ASP.NET technology. In the system design process also joined the MVC Struts framework. This system is a hospital information system(HIS) is a subsystem, is mainly responsible for the hospital’s electronic medical records. In the system design process, the reference status of Fujian Medical University First Hospital EHR Nanping City. Found in the research process, mainly the traditional manual management of electronic medical records, only a heavy workload, but also complex and error-prone handwriting. Based on the above, this system modules include: patient registration, increase the types of template management, transfer of patients Branch, records management, information inquiry and system maintenance seven modules. Among them, the patient registration module mainly statistical information generated patient information and patient records to the latter view and manage patient information; increase the type of module is to increase the patient’s medical condition based on the type; template management module is mainly based on the doctor’s own habits template medical records management, including : templates to add, modify and delete; patients whose condition requires transfer department, subject to the competent physician referrals to be transferred after surgical treatment superior physician consent; medical records electronic medical records management mainly realized writing, archiving; information the main achievement of the query function information; system maintenance is mainly administrators and other aspects of the system for data maintenance.Finally, electronic medical records system for functional testing and performance testing, tested the system meets the requirements analysis phase requirements, basically reached the lower hospital costs, a high degree of information sharing and saving effect of hospital resources, largely accelerated Hospital Information pace.
