Objectives To observe the clinical effect on viral myocarditis by Yixin Jiedu Granule; It can be canfirmed that “heart is invasion by toxin and Heart-Qi Deficiency”is one of the basic pathogenesis of viral myocarditis,And the rule of“supplementing qi and nourishing heart and detoxification” is the basic method of viral myocarditis. Proved clinical effect.Methods 120 cases of viral myocarditis were randomly divided into the treatment group(60 cases) and the control group( 60 cases).
