The Clinical Effect Study Of The Bladder Cancer Treated With The Partial Cystectomy Combination With Transurethral Plasma Resection

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of treating bladder cancer with the combination of the plasmakinetic resection and the partial cystectomy,and analyze the clinical results.Methods:To make 74 cases of bladder cancer patients as research subjects who were treated in our hospital from March 2010 to October 2014,and to divide them as group A who were treated with transurethral plasmakinetic resection combined with partial cystectomy, and to divide those who were treated with partial cystectomy as group B. Two groups should make contrast regarding to the operative time between the two groups of patients, blood loss, postoperative time of gross hematuria, complications and tumor recurrence. The results of contrasts were that group A was better than group B and there were significant differences in the two groups in patients blood loss, operative time, postoperative time of gross hematuria, complications and tumor recurrence rate.Results: Group A which was treated with plasmakinetic resection and bladder cancer was less than group B in surgery operation time and bleeding volume and significant differences(P <0.01) existed in the data of two groups.The complication rate of group A(37.14%) was lower than the group B(17.95%) in postoperative complications and there were significant differences between the data of two groups.One-year recurrence rate of group A was 12.82% and group B was 34.29% in the rate of patients relapse, and comparative data between the two groups was significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion: There was better clinical efficacy in bladder cancer which was treated with plasmakinetic resection combined with partial cystectomy. And these methods should be widely applied.
