Object:This study intends to normal animals using Vaseline gauze, hemostatic sponge, nasal bleeding were filling the balloon, pathological changes in the nasal mucosa after filling by observing, evaluating the above three kinds of nasal bleeding nasal mucosa trauma material, and then guide the selection of clinical hemostatic material reduce trauma and promote postoperative recovery.Methods: The experimental rabbits set three experimental groups, A, B, group C, 3 groups were on the same side of nasal packing, do not deal with the other side, A group Vaseline gauze packing, packing polymer hemostatic sponge group B, group C tamponade balloon, at 72 hours after removing the stuffing immediately take the nasal mucosa were observed degree of mucosal inflammation.Results: The 24-hour observation period, no case of the nasal mucosa in rabbits bleeding 24 hours after a small amount of clear and visible blood-like liquid spill. After 72 hours, take a visual approach to the nasal mucosa to judge the situation in rabbits swelling and erosion, Group A(bleeding sac) mucosal swelling has four cases, there are three cases of mucosal erosion, 35% of the total trauma. Group B(tampons) mucosal swelling has eight cases, there are six cases of mucosal erosion, 70% of the total trauma. Group C(vaseline) mucosal swelling has 9 cases, 8 cases of mucosal erosion, 85% of the total trauma. A group relative to the group B and group C, the ratio of the nasal mucosal injury, with a significant difference(P<0.05). Inflammation difference unfilled side and filling side obviously, A, B, C three groups and unfilled side comparison of bacteria have significant differences(P<0.05). Pairwise comparisons between the three groups A group analysis(bleeding sac) in the Perspective of neutrophils and macrophages small number of cells counted, compared to group B(hemostatic sponge) and group C(vaseline) for less damage to the nasal mucosa. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The two groups B and C, B also slightly better than C, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).From a practical point of view the effect of the filler, A group of fixity good filler fixed 17 cases, 15 cases easy to remove after the experiment is completed. There bleeding after removing the three cases; group B, 12 cases have fixed easily removed after the test is completed there are 17 cases, seven cases of bleeding after removing explained more adhesions; group C filler fixed 17 cases, the experiment is completed there are easy to remove after 11 cases, 9 cases of bleeding after removal. B and C, respectively, and the two groups were compared in group A, group A was found bleeding in the fixed and removed after the filler has a large advantage, and this difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusions:(1) bleeding after capsule line rabbit nasal tamponade good effect.(2) bag of rabbit nasal bleeding histocompatibility better, no nasal adhesion situation, and did not affect the epithelium of the nasal mucosa.(3) bleeding bag for minimally invasive nasal mucosa test materials, worth learning in clinical practice.
