Objective:Using heterogeneous freeze-dried bone composite autologous platelet rich plasma as bone graft material line between rabbit lumbar transverse process fusion surgery,postoperative observe the fusion effect after normal healing cycle, provides an effective and feasible, safe spinal new materials of bone graft fusion for clinical.Methods:(1) the experimental groups: 27 only big ear rabbits were randomly divided into three groups, each group of 9, only group A: heterogeneous freeze-dried bone composite autologous platelet rich plasma group;Group B: simple heterogeneous freeze-dried bone group;Group C: autogenous iliac group of experimental animals.(2) experimental methods:each group of transplant materials were implanted into the corresponding group of rabbit lumbar 3-4, lumbar transverse process on both sides 4 to 5, postoperative cage, drinking water and eating properly.(3) the experimental evaluation: experimental animals in postoperative histological and radiographic inspection, after 12 weeks with air embolism method will be executed, experimental animals lumbar samples, remove most of the soft tissue, the gross observation, imaging examination and histological observation and biomechanical test of lumbar fusion was observed.Results:Data of 27 different animals into the result analysis,(1)the improvement of experimental animals anesthesia and surgery after awakening that is eating, wound ishealed after two weeks, infection and the drainage does not appear.(2) 12 weeks after operation., the general observation of the lumbar spine specimen visible area of the bone graft group A and group C has reached osseous fusion of bone graft area, B group of experimental specimens in the fusion, in the same period, heterogeneous composite PRP autograft freeze-dried bone materials and experimental animals of autogenous iliac group there was no statistically significant difference in osteogenesis ability(P > 0.05), and simple heterogeneous freeze-dried bone group only partially fused bone transplantation in the same period.(3) in group A and group B, group B and group C compared with statistical significance(P < 0.05), group A and group C compared with no statistical significance(P >0.05) at 12 weeks.Conclusions:Heterogeneous freeze-dried bone composite PRP is a kind of ideal bone graft material,the study of experimental animals by heterogeneous freeze-dried bone composite autologous platelet rich plasma for rabbit spinal fusion of bone graft, and the effect of the transplantation of autologous bone is close to experimental animals. This will be a effective, feasible, safe and bone graft fusion of new materials for increasing the rate of spinal fusion.
