The Research For Quality Standards Of Roudoukou Bawei Capsule And The Chemical Components Of Ferulic Fine

Objective To establish a method for the content determination of eugenol in Roudoukou Bawei Capsule. To compare the quality of different source ferulic by determining moisture, ash content, extract and the content of volatile oil of ferulic; To study chemical composition of ferulic fine herbs.Methods GC. HP-innowax column(30.0m×0.32 mm, 0.25μm) was Chromatographic column,carrier gas was N2,Flow velocity was 41.8 cm/s,Injection port temperature was 210℃,Column temperature was 190℃,detector temperature was 240℃,detector was the FID detector. Determine its water,ash determination,extract and volatile oils according to Chinese Phannacopoeia in 2010 edition of an appendix;which use ferulic fine of mongolian medicine as raw material,extracted with 95% ethanol extraction and extract by system solvent;Use the chromatography methods of silica gel column and recrystallization methods for chemical components of petroleum ether extract parts to separation and purify.To identify structure of compounds by modern spectroscopic techniques.Results Eugenol showed good correlation in the ranges of 40.04ng~320.32 ng.The regresstion equation was Y=1407.1X-401.6,γ=0.9992.The average recovery were 102.6% for eugenol with RSD of 1.29%. The results of water,ash content,extract and volatile oils of differences source of herbs ferulic have great differences; Five compounds were isolated from the ether extract parts in ferulic fine,which were identified as myristic acid,β-Sitosterol,6-ethyl-3-Octenoic acid methyl ester,hexadecanoyl glycerol and daucosterol.Conclusion This method is simple, and accurate with good reproducibility,which can be used for the quality control of eugenol in Roudoukou Bawei Capsule. There are differences to different source the quality of herbs ferulic,to study the chemical components for ferulic which provides a basis for quality control of ferulic fine.
