The Clinical Analysis About The Risk Factors Of Puerperium With Deep Venous Thrombosis

Objective:To study the risk factors of puerperium with deep venous thrombosis(DVT),which may made a reference for clinical prevention and treatment.Methods:A case-control study by the hospital was put into practice. 41 cases of puerperium with DVT as the case group treated in Fujian provincial hospital from 2001 to 2015 were collected,while 50 cases of puerperium without DVT as the control group treated in the same period were collected.then retrospective analysis of risk factors of puerperium by the clinical data of those cases was made by Single-factor analysis, Then multi-factors unconditional Logistic regression analysis to assess the risk factors by SPSS20.0.Results: The Single-factor analysis results show that Bed Rest time≥6 days, cesarean section, oral contraceptives History, Hypertensive disorders in pregnancy and postpartum blood transfusion history were associated with DVT(P<0.05).multi-factors unconditional Logistic regression analysis results showed that Bed Rest time≥6 days, cesarean section, oral contraceptives History, were the independent risk factors of puerperium with DVT.Conclusions: Bed Rest time≥6 days, cesarean section, oral contraceptives History were the independent risk factors of puerperium with DVT.DVT on puerperium is the result of multiple factors. the way, early prevention,timely diagnosis and treatment,are the crux to decrease mortality and improve its prognosis.
