Objective:To explore the safety and feasibility of painless gastroscopy for hypertension patients and to provide references for hypertension patients to choose a safer and more comfortable gastroscopy.Methods:120 hypertension patients and 120 non-hypertension patients who were willing to receive gastroscopy were selected. Hypertension patients undergoing painless gastroscopy were included in Group 1(60 cases),non-hypertension patients undergoing painless gastroscopy in Group 2(60 cases), hypertension patients undergoing ordinary gastroscopy in Group 3(60 cases), and non-hypertension patients undergoing ordinary gastroscopy in Group 4(60 cases). Changes in mean arterial pressure(MAP), heart rate(HR) and SPO2 of the four groups, as well as any intraoperative and postoperative adverse reactions such as nausea, omit, bucking, dysphoria, pharyngeal discomfort, etc, were observed and recorded before anesthesia or when introducing the endoscope(t1), when the endoscope goes through the surface of the meatus of esophagus(t2), and when the patients woke up after the inspection(t3).Results:1、During the gastroscopy examination, MAP and HR in Group 1(hypertension patients undergoing painless gastroscopy) and Group 2(non-hypertension patients undergoing painless gastroscopy) at t2 were lower than those at t1, showing statistically significant differences(P<0.05), while MAP and HR in Group2(non-hypertension patients undergoing painless gastroscopy) and Group 4(non-hypertension patients undergoing ordinary gastroscopy) at t2 were greatly higher than those at t1, showing statistically significant differences(P<0.05). The descending range was significantly smaller than the ascending range.2 、 Intraoperative and postoperative adverse reactions such as nausea, omit, bucking, dysphoria, pharyngeal discomfort in Group 1(hypertension patients undergoing painless gastroscopy) and Group 2(non-hypertension patients undergoing painless gastroscopy) were evidently lower than those in Group 3(hypertension patients undergoing ordinary gastroscopy) and Group 4(non-hypertension patients undergoing ordinary gastroscopy), showing statistically significant difference(P<0.05).3、Patients with no discomfort in Group 1(hypertension patients undergoing painless gastroscopy) and Group 2(non-hypertension patients undergoing painless gastroscopy) was significantly higher in Group 3(hypertension patients undergoing ordinary gastroscopy) and Group 4(non-hypertension patients undergoing ordinary gastroscopy), the more tolerated painless gastroscopy, showing statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:1、Circular fluctuations are smaller during painless gastroscopy for hypertension patients than ordinary gastroscopy, heart cerebrovascular accident is less likely.2、Hypertension patients undergoing painless gastroscopy in intraoperative and postoperative nausea and vomiting, choking, restlessness pharynx ministry unwell with less adverse reaction,etc.3、Painless gastroscopy can make the client accept more, it is safer and more comfortable.
