Objective:Through use compound dezocine, observe dezocine combined with propofol anesthesia in painless gastroscopy in obese patients in anesthesia effect and safety, understand the application effect of dezocine in obese people and the use of the safety and feasibility for obese patients in gastroscopy and choose more safe and effective anesthesia method for reference.Methods:60 cases of obese patients undergoing painless gastroscopy were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group. The observation group?Dez group?with dezocine combined with propofol anesthesia, the control group?Pro group?treated with propofol anesthesia.Recorded the operation time, the recovery time?the end of the examination to the eye opening time?,the induced dose and total dose of propofolof the two groups.Noninvasive monitoring records of heart rate?HR?,mean arterial pressure?MAP?,pulse oxygen saturation?SPO2?when patients entering the room?T0?,inducting?T1?,and waking up?T2?.Observe the patient cough, body movement, respiratory depression, decreased heart rate, decreased blood pressure and other adverse reaction conditions. Results:The recovery time of Dez group was significantly shorter than that of group Pro,the difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?.The induced dose and total dose of propofol in group Dez were less than those in group Pro,the difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?.The MAP of the two groups all decreased to some extent after the induction, and the difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?,and the degree of blood pressure decrease in group Dez was smaller than that in group Pro?P<0.05?.The two groups of over 60 years old obese patients waking heart rate were lower than that at the time of admission, and the difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?.The recovery time of elderly patients in group Dez was significantly shorter than that in group Pro,and the difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?.The induced dose and total dose of propofol in elderly patients in group Dez were less than those in group Pro,the difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?.The induced dose and total dose of propofol in elderly patients in Dez group were less than those of non elderly patients, the difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?.Conclusion:Dezocine combined with propofol intravenous anesthesia for painless gastroscopy in patients with obesity, less propofol dosage, faster recovery and small complications of anesthesia,is an ideal analgesic effect, safe and reliable to be used safely, gastroscopy in patients with obesity.
