Chinese medicine plays a very important role in the history of ancient China, Chinese academic schools produce a landmark for Chinese medical profession, Real Chinese medicine schools were formally formed until Jin Dynasty, and He Jian school as one of the seven major schools of traditional Chinese medicine, opened the prelude of medical thought contend in Jin Dynasty and Yuan Dynasty. The generation of He Jian school was not accidental, all sizes of battle happened frequently between Jin Dynasty and Yuan Dynasty, the court of The Southern song dynasty occupied a corner, the northern region fell into the hands of Jin Dynasty, war brings disaster and epidemic inevitably, febrile disease spread during this period. Rulers of the government encouraged the development of medical cause in Jin Dynasty, providing a relatively liberal academic atmosphere for the medical profession, but scholars constrained the viewpoints of traditional Chinese medicine, abuse warm dryness, Hejian school pioneer figure Liu Wansu dissatisfied with the status quo of the medical profession, exalted “Yellow Emperor’s Inner Canon”,“Treatise on Febrile Diseases” and other medical classics, broke through the ideological shackles, proposed fiery theory.There were many characters in Hejian school, both direct followers and indirect followers, Zhu Zhenheng was the backbone of Hejian school, Zhang Congzheng was the most accomplished disciple in indirect followers of Liu Wansu, they constituted the He Jian transmission spectrum. He Jian’s main medical theory is the “fiery theory” of Liu Wansu,His disciples to play a different relationship from time to time in accordance with,according the difference of time and place,his disciples put forward many medicine theories worthy of later generations to study, with “surplus yin and deficient yang theory”of Zhu Zhenheng and “attack evils theory” of Zhang Congzheng having a greatest impact.He Jian school have far-reaching influence, activing the academic atmosphere of the medical profession in Jin Dynasty and Yuan Dynasty, playing a role in enlightening guidance to many medical schools during the Ming Dynasty and Qing Dynasty, until today He Jian school still is the theoretical basis of clinical practice of medicine, Moreover,He Jian thoughts spread to Korea, Japan, playing a positive role in the development of medicine for the two countries.
