Based On Data Mining, The Study And Comparison Of The Medication Rules Of Yishui School And Hejian School For The Treatment Of Puffiness

Objective:To summarize and analyze the prescriptions of Yishui School and Hejian School of Chinese medicine for the treatment of Manchuria by using the traditional Chinese medicine supporting system(V2.5),and to explore the compatibility rules of Chinese medicine for the treatment of Manchurian syndrome.Methods:The Chinese Medical Code(Fifth Edition)was used as the literature search database to search the recorded works of the Yishui school doctors and Hejian school doctors and the medical records and biographies written by them.Search out the prescriptions that are used to treat Manchu,200 from the Yishui school and 216 from the Hejian school;the computer will enter the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance assistant system(V2.5)for data statistics,analyze the frequency of drug use,distribution of syndrome types of the prescription,and core medicine The prescriptions of the new group and the new group are summarized.Results:According to the statistics of the syndrome types in the treatment of Manchu syndrome,the Yishui school and Hejian school both used the spleen and stomach weakness syndrome formula most,followed by the phlegm dampness and obstruction syndrome,but in the liver stagnation and qi stagnation syndrome type and the diet stop syndrome type The statistics of Manchu are different between the two factions,and the two factions have less fullness in treating the syndromes of cold and heat and the syndromes of external cold and internal stagnation.In the frequency of drug use statistics,the two Chinese medicines with the highest frequency of common occurrence are Zhigancao,Ginseng,Atractylodes,Poria,Chenpi,Pinellia,Ginger,Muxiang,Zhishi,and the drug classification is based on spleen and qi,qi,and dryness.Wet phlegm medicine and diuretic osmotic medicine appear frequently.Both statistics of the four factions show high frequency with mild and flat medicines,and the five flavors have high frequency with pungent and bitter medicines.The meridian includes spleen,stomach and lung medicine.Mostly.The analysis of the prescriptions of the Yishui school for the treatment of spleen and fullness syndrome shows that the commonly used medicines are licorice and ginseng,licorice and tangerine peel,licorice andpinellia,ginseng and atractylodes,and licorice and atractylodes;the most closely related drug group Ginseng,atractylodes and licorice,licorice,atractylodes and ginseng,people participate in licorice.New prescription combination analysis candidate new prescriptions include Schisandra chinensis-Liaohuo-Fengfeng-Cangzhu-Ophiopogon japonicum,green peel-Zhuzhu-Xiangfu-Amomum,Cinnamon-Peony peel-Mature Rehmannia-Peach Kernel-Sumu,Chaihu-Danggui-cimicifuga-Grass cardamom-astragalus and the like.The analysis of the prescriptions of the Hejian School for the treatment of spleen and mandibles shows that the commonly used medicines are licorice root and tangerine peel,licorice root and atractylodes root,ginseng and atractylodes root,tangerine peel and atractylodes root and licorice root and ginseng.,People participate in Atractylodes;Zhigancao,people participate in Atractylodes;people participate in Atractylodes.New prescription combination analysis candidates for new prescriptions are forsythia-Laizizi-hawthorn-gypsum-trichosanthin,Ophiopogon japonicus-Ginseng-Ginseng-Poria,Cimicifuga-Ginseng-Bupleurum-Cardamom-Safflo wer.Conclusion:Based on comprehensive research results,the following basic medication rules can be drawn: Yiqi Jianpi,Liqi Dryness and Wetness are the two rules for treating fullness,and Shugan Liqi combined with nourishing blood and activating blood are the two types of treatment for liver depression and qi stagnation.For the characteristics of fullness,Hejian is more inclined to digest food and eliminate phlegm to eliminate gluttony,and the Yishui school is more inclined to spleen and expel qi to eliminate gluttony.
