To Investigate The Distribution Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Of Peptic Ulcer

Objective: Peptic ulcer is a common disease of the digestive system, which was distributed all of the world. With the development of modern medicine, antacids and anti-Helicobacter pylori drugs are widely used, so that the incidence of this disease significantly reduced, the treatment efficiency was significantly improved. But the high recurrence rate of this disease, high resistance to H. pylori, while adverse drug reactions, getting aroused people’s attention more and more. Numerous studies show that traditional Chinese medicine in promoting quality of ulcer healing, reduce the relapse rate of the disease, anti-HP infection has certain advantages. Play the advantages of Chinese medicine treatment of this disease depends on the effective guidance of TCM Syndrome standards. However, the current status is peptic ulcer TCM Syndrome standards are not uniformly, which greatly restricted the Chinese medicine normative and effectiveness of treatment of this disease. This study was to explore the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome of peptic ulcer, Helicobacter pylori and Syndrome relevance, provided a reference for the treatment of peptic ulcer.Methods: This study is composed by two parts of the literature research and clinical studies.(1)Literature research is based on literature analysis. I retrieval literatures referring to TCM syndrome type of PU from the data base-How Net and Articles Databases, unify syndrome of similar meanings, and describe syndrome of PU, the relevance of the Helicobacter pylori and Syndrome.(2) Observation of clinical case study method is to take clinical epidemiology, collected 196 cases diagnosed in outpatient and hospitalized patients with peptic ulcer, and collected demographic data, information on the patient’s disease, while establishing a database, TCM syndrome of distribute relationships and correlation between Helicobacter pylori and Syndrome using chi-square test.Results:(1)PU syndrome of typles based on literature analyses includ deficient of spleen and stomach, disharmony of liver and stomach, stagnation stomach meridian, yin deficiency of stomach, stomach heat flaming, damp-heat blockage etc. The positive of Helicobacter pylori include deficient of disharmony of liver and stomach, damp-heat blockage, stomach heat flaming.(2) Observational study of clinical cases of peptic ulcer TCM syndromes drawn mainly spleen and stomach, disharmony of liver and stomach, damp-heat blockage, yin deficiency of stomach, stagnation stomach meridian, stomach heat flaming. The positive of Helicobacter pylori included deficient of disharmony of liver and stomach, damp-heat blockage.Conclusion: The result of clinical case study was similarity to the literature, this study reveals the syndrome characteristics of peptic ulcer, Helicobacter pylori and Syndrome correlation rule. Peptic ulcer disease localized lesions machine features can provide a reference for clinical medicine. Yin and yang is proposed differentiation of the overall environment to provide certain reference value for the establishment of a new type of TCM syndrome of peptic ulcer treatment guidelines.
