The Flavored Ban Xia Xie Xin Tang Treatment Of Helicobacter Pylori-associated Peptic Ulcer Stagnant Heat Of The Clinical Observation

Purpose: To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Pinelliae Decoction for Purging Stomach-Fire in treating Helicobacter pylori associated peptic ulcer.Method: to arrange the pertinent literature of peptic ulcer, to do clinical observation of the traditional Chinese medicine in Helicobacter pylori associated peptic ulcer treating. Patients were divided randomly into two group. The treatment group (30 cases) was treated with 200ml decoction of Pinelliae Decoction for Purging Stomach-Fire orally twice one day. And the control group (30 cases) was treated with 4 capsules ' Kui-hua-wei-kang-ling 'orally thrice one day. 45 days were set as a course of treatment.Result: Among the 30 cases of treatment group the recovery ratio is 20%,the excellence ratio is 33.33%, the utility ratio is 40%, the invalid ratio is 6.67%, the totally effective ratio is 93.33%, and the the elimination ratio of Helicobacter Pylori is 80%. And among the 30 cases of control group the recovery ratio is 10%,the excellence ratio is 23.33%, the utility ratio is 43.33%, the invalid ratio is 23.33%, the totally effective ratio is 76.67%, and the the elimination ratio of Helicobacter Pylori is 53.3%. To analyze in statistics, it can be see that the curative effect of treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion: The result of this research showed that Pinelliae Decoction for Purging Stomach-Fire could obviously improve the clinical symptoms, coated tongue, pulse tracings and the gastroscope appearance and the ratio of Helicobacter pylori masc. The clinical curative effect of the research is fine, and it hasn't obvious side effect or adverse reaction and it is worth to develop deeply.
