Clinical Observation Of Kangfuxin Liquid Combined With Quadruple Therapy In The Treatment Of Peptic Ulcer Combined With Helicobacter Pylori

Purpose:To observe the curative effect,eradication rate of helicobacter pylori,healing condition of ulcer wound and disease recurrence of patients with helicobacter pylori positive peptic ulcer treated by kangfuxin solution combined with quadruple therapy,to explore the advantages of kangfuxin solution in the treatment of peptic ulcer,and to provide new ideas for the treatment of peptic ulcer.Material and method:Forty-six patients meeting inclusion criteria and having ulcer diseases were randomly divided into 2 groups,and each group has 23 patients.The control group was given omeprazole enteric capsules 20 mg,amoxicillin capsules1.0g,clarithromycin dispersible tablets 500 mg,and zymoxazole potassium 220 mg,orally twice a day.After 14 days of continuous medication,the patients with gastric ulcer continued to take omeprazole enteric-coated capsule and acute citric acid potassium for 8 weeks,while the patients with duodenal ulcer continued to take omeprazole enteric-coated capsule and acid bismuth potassium for 6 weeks.The observation group was combined with the control group to take 10 ml of convalescent solution three times a day.Results:1.Comparison of ulcer healing degree: 15 cases were cured in the observation group,5 cases were obviously effective,2 cases were effective,and 1 case was ineffective.The total effective rate was 95.65%.In the control group,6 cases were cured clinically,9 cases were significantly effective,3 cases were effective,5 cases were not effective,and the total effective rate was 7.20%2.Comparison of Hp eradication rate: Re-examination of 13-urea breath test showed that 19 cases of helicobacter pylori were eradicated in the observation group,with the total effective rate of 82.61%.Control group eradication helicobacter pylori 18 cases,the total effective rate is 78.26%.3.Comparison of main clinical symptoms: the observation group was better than the control group in treating symptoms such as pain in ziwei hospital,flank distention pain,acid slurping,poor appetite and stool filtration.4.Comparison of follow-up results: in the observation group,15 patients had gastroscopy recurrence,2 patients had gastroscopy recurrence,accounting for 13% of the follow-up;in the control group,16 patients had gastroscopy recurrence,5 patients had gastroscopy recurrence,accounting for 31% of the follow-up.Conclusion:KangFuXinYe combined with quadruple therapy can effectively treat peptic ulcer,accelerate ulcer wound healing,improve healing quality and reduce recurrence.It provides theoretical basis for clinical application and is worth further research and promotion.
