Objective To investigate effect and security of interventional thrombolysis treatment on acute deep vein thrombosis and provide choice for patient’s treatment plan and prognosis. Methods One hundred and seven cases of patients, between January 2011 and January 2014, with unilateral acute lower extremity deep vein thrombosis in vascular surgery of Gansu province people’s hospital were selected. The cases were divided into two groups(Interventional thrombolytic therapy) and control group(systemic anticoagulant therapy group),including 68 cases of experimental group and 39 cases of control group. The cases were canvassed, followed-up and sorted and the data were statisticed accurately. Then, SPSS17.0 statistical software was used for statistical tests and made analysis and discussion finally.Results1. There were 48 cases male, 59 cases female among selected 107 subjects. The age was from 31 to89 years old and the average age was 57.6. The onset time was 10 h ~ 14 d and the average duration was(137.46 + 83.26) h. Seventy-six cases(71.0%) were involved in left leg lesions and 31 cases(29.0%) were involved the right lower limb lesions. There was no statistical difference. 2. After interventional thrombolytic and systemic anticoagulation therapy, limb swelling symptoms was improved in both groups. Thigh week diameter poor before and after treatment in experiment group were for(6.17 ± 0.53) cm and(2.40 ± 0.21) cm respectively and(6.34 ± 0.51) cm and(2.84 ± 0.22) cm in control group. Shank week diameters in experiment group were(4.56 ± 0.36) cm and(1.63 ± 0.14) cm respectively and(4.62 ± 0.31) cm and(1.96 ± 0.09) cm in control group. There was statistically significant difference(p<0.05) compared with control group. 3. There were 55 cases in the experimental group and 29 cases in control group with venous angiography collected by before and after treatment. Results showed venous patency scoring before and after treatment in experimental group were(9.96 ± 0.15) and(4.51 ± 0.53) respectively and(10.10 ± 0.50)(5.35 ± 0.46) in control group. Treatment rate of venous patency after test group is 57.43%IN experimental group and 23.41% in control group. There was statistically significant difference(p<0.05) compared with control group. 4. Study of, Sixty-three cases were followed-up effective among 107 cases and follow-up rate was 58.9%, including 42 cases in the experimental group and 21 cases in control group. Follow-up time was 6-24 months and average time was(14.65 ± 3.73) months. Thigh week diameter of late times follow-up in experiment group was(1.89 ± 0.23) cm and(2.16 ± 0.29) cm in control group and shank week diameter in experiment groupwas(1.33 ± 0.17) cm and(1.46 ± 0.11) cm in control group. Vein unobstructed score in experiment group was(3.21 ± 0.31) points and(4.85 ± 0.43) points in control group. Vein unobstructed rate in experiment group was 65.87% and41.34% in control group for. Compared with before treatment, change was improve obviously and there was significantly difference compared with control group(p<0.05). Nine balloon angioplasty of iliac vein stent patients were followed up and unobstructed completely and no any complications.Conclusion:1. The interventional thrombolysis therapy is one of the effective treatments for limb swell relieve DVT patients. 2. The interventional thrombolysis treatment has significant role in improving the vein patency in patients with DVT. 3. Patients with DVT of the interventional thrombolytic therapy also have the long-term clinical effect of ideal. 4. The balloon expansion forming and carotid stenting is safe and effective treatment for invalid patients after interventional thrombolysis treatment.
