Objective: To symptoms evaluate the application value of 128 slice spiral CT combined with multi model reconstruction technology in the diagnostic of the colorectal cancer and colorectal polyps. Methods: We reviewed the computered tomography colonography data of the colorectal lesions from patients who were admitted in The First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from August 2013 to January 2015, finally 33 of the patients were diagnosed as colorectal cancer and 12 of them were diagnosed as colorectal polyps. All the patients examined CTC 1-2 hours after colonoscopy, and all the CTC date were post-processed in compute to obtain the MPR, Raysum and CTVC image. To discuss the difference of TN cancer stage from imageology data and pathological results. Results: CTC can be used effectively to evaluate the lymph node metastasis and the bowel wall invasion of colon cancer. Confirmed by operation pathology, the diagnosis rate of CTC in T3 was 87.5%, which was the highest in the T stage. While the diagnosis rate in N0 was highest, up to 91.6%, which is the highest one in the N stage. And we can evaluate the intra-abdominal lesions of other organs by using CTC.We used CTVC, MPR, and Raysum to analyze the morphology, size and pathological types of colorectal lesions. Compared with the results of operation and pathology,MPR can exactly assess the circumferential extent of colorectal cancer, the accuracy rate of MPR was 100%, and Raysum can assess the length of colon mass effectively, the accuracy rate of Raysum was up to 93.9%. MPR and CTVC was more accurate to classify the pathological type of colon cancer, the accuracy rate of them were 66.6%and 63.6% respectively. Conclusion: CTC can be used as a routine exam to diagnose colonic lesions and reflect the pathological changes of the intestine and other organs in abdominal cavity.Combined with multi model reconstruction technology, CTC could be very useful in the differential diagnosis colonic lesions.
