Objective Explore the level of inflammatory cytokine in peripheral blood in patients with acute cerebral injury and the associated change. Methods From 2013.6-2014.10. compareing IL-2,IL-8,IL-10 and TNF-αin patients with acute cerebral injury to healthy controls, who were all out of trauma, infection, and critical organs such as heart, liver, kidney, lung disease. According to the Glasgow coma score(GCS)method standard, patients can be divided into three groups, light group(GCS13 ~ 15 points),mheavy group(GCS3 ~ 8). In 1 day, 3 days after admission, week 1 and week 2.Results By ELISA, the IL-2,IL-8,IL-10 and TNF-α in patients significantly increased at day 1, to the lowest level at day 3, after 1 week rose again, after 2 weeks, drop significantly than the other group. The average level in group(GCS3 ~ 8) was higher than the average level in group(GCS13 ~ 15 points). The test shows significant differences.(P<0.05)Conclusion Inflammatory cytokine increased in patients with acute brain injury...
