Study On The Relationship Between Qidepression Type Constitution And Related Social Psychological Factors And The Incidence Of Senile Hypertension

Objective:By analyzing the relation between TCM qi-depression type and social psychological factors related with elderly hypertension, from the aspect of Chinese physical characteristics of the elderly, personality, coping style and social support are discussed, The study of the correlation between qi-depression type constitution and social psychological factors and the incidence of hypertension in the elderly, provide reference for the prevention and the treatment of senile hypertension.Methods:The collection of elderly hypertensive patients in 603 cases, use the constitution in chinese medicine questionnaire(CCMQ), Eysenck personality questionnaire-revised, short scale for chinese(EPQ-RSC), simplified coping style questionnaire(SCSQ) and social support rating scale questionnaire(SSRS) were measured by determining the patients physical type, status, coping style and social support measuring personality dimensions value, group comparison study, statistical data analysis.Results:1 Chinese medicine qi-depression type constitution plays an important role in the pathogenesis of hypertension in the elderly, is susceptible to hypertension in elderly physique,is one of the main risk factors of hypertension in the elderly.2 Elderly hypertension associated with qi-depression type constitution, gender, age and occupation.. In qi-depression type constitution in elderly patients with essential hypertension,the proportion of women is higher than that of non-qi-depression type constitution in elderly hypertensive women; in all ages, the age of 60-70 years in stagnation, the physical distribution of the highest, and with the increase of age distribution ratio will be gradually reduced; manual labor is qi-depression type constitution of elderly hypertensive disease high risk population.3 In the grade of hypertension in the elderly, the proportion of grade 2 hypertension patients of qi-depression type constitution in the highest, while in the non-qi-depression type constitution in patients with grade 3 hypertension, the highest proportion.4 Qi-depression type constitution in elderly hypertensive patients with high N value in EPQ-RSC, the difference was statistically significant compared with control group(P < 0.05),with anxiety, worry and strong irrational psychological characteristics; on the way to have more negative coping, positive coping style is taken insufficient. Compared with the control group,the difference was significant(P < 0.01). At the same time, the social support status than non-qi-depression type constitution in elderly patients with hypertension, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).In elderly patients with hypertension, EPQ-RSC, SCSQ, SSRS three scale measurement index has internal relations. personality factors, emotional factors and social psychological factors in elderly patients with qi-depression type can make the incidence of hypertension in the elderly has its unique performance.Conclusions:The physical distribution of hypertension in the elderly has its particularity:qi-depression type constitution is closely related to the pathogenesis of hypertension, and the psychological and social factors have important influence on the occurrence of this disease.The pathogeny of elderly hypertension are related to the inherent nature of the physique,personality factors and external environmental factors.
