| Objective: Through the study of senile hypertension(liver and kidney deficiency,spleen and heart dystrophy syndrome)physical distribution of TCM patients;observation of old Chinese medicine Professor Lu jialong experience "Sang Qi Shouwu paste" on senile hypertension((liver and kidney deficiency,spleen and heart dystrophy syndrome)intervention in patients with TCM syndrome and constitution of the state;To further explore the significance of the combination of disease differentiation,syndrome differentiation and syndrome differentiation in the prevention and treatment of hypertension in the elderly,To provide a theoretical basis for the research on the theory of "constitutional adjustment" in the study of Chinese medicine.Methods: A total of 200 cases of elderly patients with hypertension in the standard for information collection,fill out the "Chinese constitution classification and decision table",according to the standard of classification and determination of TCM Constitution,the paper adopts the method of randomized and controlled study controlled study method,100 cases were divided into treatment group and control group 100 cases,control group using conventional oral antihypertensive drug treatment,and have a low salt diet,quit smoking,limit alcohol and other lifestyle guidance;in the treatment group were treated with San Qi Shouwu cream,the course of treatment was 28 days;after treatment again fill in the "Chinese constitution classification and decision table".Before and after finishing the two data,the establishment of the database,the two groups of patients before and after treatment,the total score of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,the change of TCM Constitution,blood pressure values were analyzed.Results: 1.Finally,187 cases were treated,including the treatment group(n = 95)and the control group(n = 92).Two groups of patients in the gender,age,course of disease,,the type of physical distribution 0and blood pressure before treatmen,the total score of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,Chinese medicine physical transformation and classification of the difference was not statistically significant,comparable.2.Distribution of TCM Constitution: 187 cases of senile hypertension(liver and kidney deficiency,spleen and heart dystrophy syndrome)in patients with physical distribution of TCM were: deficiency of vital energy Constitution: 32.1%,Peace quality Constitutio:19.3%,deficiency of yang Constitution 16%,deficiency of yin Constitution 12.3%,phlegm dampness 9.6%,damp heat 3.7%,qi stagnation2.1%and blood stasis 3.2%,intrinsic quality of 1.6%.3.the treatment group and the control group can improve the total score of TCM syndrome(P < 0.01),but the treatment group in improving TCM syndrome total score is significantly better than the control group(P < 0.01);Comparative study on the total score and the total effective rate of the treatment of San Qi Shouwu cream with the traditional Chinese medi0 cine syndrome:3.1 TCM syndrome total score comparisonGroup before and after treatment of TCM syndrome total score were compared to treatment group and control,the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.01);comparison between the two groups after 28 days of treatment of TCM syndrome total score between groups,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P < 0.01);3.2 total effective rate comparisonThe total effective rate of the treatment group was 89.5%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 41.3%,which indicated that the curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P < 0.01);4 Comparison of TCM constitution transformationThe treatment group before and after treatment gentleness,deficiency of vital energy,Peace quality,deficiency of yang,phlegm,qi stagnation constitution conversion points contrast,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),damp heat constitution transformation sub no statistical significance(P > 0.05);the control group before and after treatment and quality,Qi deficiency,Yang deficiency,yin deficiency,phlegm dampness and dampness heat,qi stagnation constitution conversion points contrast,there was no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05);the two groups of patients after treatment between the two groups,Qi deficiency constitution transformation was statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).Gentleness,Peace quality,deficiency of yang,phlegm dampness and dampness heat,qi stagnation constitution conversion scores were not statistically significant(P >0.05)5.Comparison of blood pressureThere was no statistical difference between the two groups in systolic and diastolic blood pressure before and after treatment(P > 0.05).There was no statistical difference between the two groups after treatment(P > 0.05).Safety index test:6.comparison of two groups of patients before and after treatment of blood,urine,stool with occult blood,liver and kidney function,ECG,no significant difference.Conclusion: Elderly hypertension((liver and kidney deficiency,spleen and heart dystrophy syndrome)in patients with physical distribution to Qi deficiency,Yang deficiency,Yin deficiency,in line with the "physical characteristics of virtual based;San Qi Shou wu cream can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of elderly patients with hypertension,to improve the TCM Constitution State in elderly patients with hypertension,no obvious adverse reactions and side effects in clinical treatment.Safe and effective,worthy of further promotion and application. |
