The Impact Of Antisperm Antibody On The Sperm And The Clinical Effect Of Needle-pricking Combined With Prednison For The Treatment Of Antisperm Antibody

Objective To observe the influence of antisperm antibody(As Ab)on the indicators of semen and the motion parameters of sperm,and study the mechanism of needle-pricking combined with small dose of prednisone for the treatment of antisperm antibody.Methods 1.Select 12 of normal male and 12 of As Ab positive male,to make a comparing between two groups about the indicators of semen and the motion parameters of sperm, and observation the influence of As Ab on sperm. 2.A total of 60 infertile men with As Ab, were randomly divided into 3 groups, the treatment group 1(needle-pricking), treatment group 2(needle-pricking and prednisone) and control group(prednisone),each group contains 20 cases. The therapeutic course of three groups was all 12 weeks and contrasted the changes of clinical symptoms before and after treatment.Results 1.The group of As Ab positive compared with normal group,the normal group had more obvious advantages on the living rate of sperm,the fast forward movement rate of sperm, 9 indicators of sperm movement ability and the linear motion rate of live sperm than the As Ab positive group(P<0.01). The two groups have no statistical differences in other projects(P>0.05). 2.After 12 weeks of treatment,we compared the semen before and after treatment. The cure rate of group 1 was 30%, total effective rate was 75%; the cure rate of group 2 was 75%, total effective rate was 90%;the cure rate of control group was 15%, total effective rate was 45%.The group 2 had a higher total effective rate than the control group(P<0.01). The group 1 had an obviously increase in the sperm density, the living rate of sperm,6 indicators of sperm movement and the linear motion rate of live sperm than before treatment(P<0.05,0.01). The group 2 had an obviously improvements in the sperm quantity, the sperm density, the living rate of sperm, the fast forward movement rate of sperm, the slow forward movement rate of sperm, 8 indicators of sperm movement ability and the linear motion rate of live sperm than before treatment(P<0.05,0.01). The control group only in 2 indicators of sperm motion ability had significantlyimprovements than before treatment(P<0.05). Comparing between the three groups, they had no difference in the improvements of the semen volume,the sperm density, the living rate of sperm, the fast forward movement rate of sperm, the slow forward movement rate of sperm,9 indicators of sperm movement ability and the linear motion rate of live sperm than before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Antisperm antibody had obviously adverse effects on the vitality of sperm and the motion parameters of sperm. Antisperm antibody also can inhibit the fertilization ability of sperm. The needle-pricking combined with prednisone can obtain a good clinical effect for the treatment of As Ab,and also can improve the quality of semen.
