The Effction Of Application Of Deanxit In AECOPD With Anxiety Or Depression

Objective:To explore the effection of Deanxit in AECOPD with anxiety and depression.Methods:92 cases with anxiety or depression from 200 cases of AECOPD, using comprehensive hospital anxiety depression scale(HAD) measure of psychological status,were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group was given conventional treatment antiinfection/spasmolysis/antiasthmatic/expectorant/low flow oxygen, and the observation group was on the basis of conventional treatment plus Deanxit for two weeks. After two weeks, we could analyse the changes with anxiety and depression score, the BODE index score and CAT score before and after therapy in the two groups and observe the changes and significance between the two groups of the corresponding index. According to the scale scores, we could compare the clinical efficacy of different treatment methods.Results:In the observation group, anxiety and depression scores(17.73 ± 1.26 VS 7.56 ± 1.87),the BODE index score(6.50 ± 0.89 VS 4.93 ± 0.64), and CAT score(29.85 ± 2.63 VS24.90 ± 2.48) decreased before and after the treatment. Compared the above indexes respectively was significantly statistical difference(all P < 0.05). In the control group,anxiety and depression scores( 17.47 ± 1.54 VS 16.79 ± 1.58), the BODE index score( 6.68 ± 1.09 VS 6.38 ± 0.87), and CAT score(29.02 ± 3.12 VS 28.32 ± 3.15)were nostatistical difference before and after the treatment(all P > 0.05). Between the two groups,anxiety and depression scores(7.56 ± 1.87 VS 16.79 ± 1.58), the BODE index score(4.93± 0.64 VS 6.38 ± 0.87), and CAT score(24.90 ± 2.48 VS 28.32 ± 3.15)were lower in Deanxit force new group than the control group after treatment. Compared the above indexes respectively was significantly statistical difference(all P < 0.05).Conclusions:Attention and intervention of the psychological state of patients with AECOPD, can significantly reduce the BODE index scores, improve the symptoms of anxiety and depression of patients, improve the quality of life of patients, and has definite therapeutic effect.
