Objective:We collected the clinical data and follow-up data of 90 gastrointestinal mesenchymal tumors patients who accepted surgery(R0 resection),not took targeted drug imatinib mesylate adjuvant treatment in the tumor hospital of Shanxi Province from From June2000 to January 2009. Then to explore the risk factors for recurrence. Methods:We application the nomogram from American Memorial Sloan Kettering Center to predict the pronew samples and compared with the real probability of recurrence, then to calculate the ROC area under the curve; After COX multivariate analysis, using R software to establish new nomogram model and the calibration curve; Results:Through univariate analysis, we found that tumor size, mitotic index, tumor site,CD117,CD34,NIH risk classification, age have statistical significance;COX multivariate analysis model found that mitotic index, tumor size were independent factors.Nomogram model was established successfully, the calibration curve, the curve is close to the slope of 1 line, Nomogram can predict the GIST of postoperative recurrence risk. Conclusion:mitotic index, tumor size are the main factor of gastrointestinal stromal tumor recurrence risk. Nomogram can determine the risk of recurrence of postoperative mortality in patients with gastrointestinal stromal tumor, can guide doctors and patients to choose the appropriate therapy, provides important reference basis.
