| Purpose:explore the feasibility and Chemotherapy consolidation effect of cytarabine,aclacinomycin and etoposide (AAE) plus rhG-CSF as hematopoietic stem cell mobilization regimen in acute leukemia patients who had acquired complete remission.Method:between January 2010 and December 2014,acute leukemia patients mobilized hematopoietic stem cell in Bone Marrow Transplantation Center, The First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine admitted in this study. Patients accepted AAE chemomobilization regimen classified as AAE group, else classified as non-AAE group. The generally accepted minimal cell dose is 2×106/kg and defined as successful mobilization.Result:AAE group has 35 patients(AML=20, ALL=15) and non-AAE group has 41 patients(AML=27, ALL=14). There were no statistical differences in age and weight. There are 20 patients successfully collected≥2×106/kg in AAE group and the median CD34+cells are 2.31 (0.98～5.93)×106/kg. Non-AAE had 21 patients successfully collected and median CD34+cells are 2.02 (0.7～4.39)×106/kg,there are no statistical differences between the two group,but AAE group is superior to non-AAE in the trend. The support treatment of transfusion platelets and red cells in the AAE group have 26 and 8 patients,in the non-AAE group have 23 and 7 patients. The IV degree of bone marrow suppression in AAE group and non-AAE group is 7.43 days and 6.34 days.Conclusion:the chemomobilization regimen of AAE plus rhG-CSF has high mobilization success rate in acute leukemia,the number of CD34+ cells is high and the side effect can be tolerate. The regimen will be an effective and safe option of the hematopoietic stem cells mobilization in acute leukemia. |
