According to statistics,the number of patients with high blood cholesterol is very large,our country annually spend huge amount of medical resources and financial resources on these diseases.Even so,the situation is still in a passive response in our countryand we can not effectively solve the problems of the masses health problems.I think mainly due to the lack of effective screening and early identification methods.If we can early detecte,early intervene,the disease can be strangled in the cradle.Usually we find untilabnormal biochemical tests,in that time we had been in a state of illness,could only to accept medication.Hence,we need to find detection and evaluation methods early in the disease,rather than the drug treatment of disease.Lipidomics can meet this requirement,which aims to find the abnormal metabolites early in the disease,then take the method of daily food regulate to avoid the occurrence of the disease,rather than how to use the drug treatment.In this paper,we used lipidomics,chose GC-MS detection technology to detect dynamic changes of hyperlipidemia serum fatty acids in the dynamic model,hoped to find some basic information related to hyperlipidemia through observing the serum fatty acid divergence in the dynamic model. The paper obtained the following conclusions:(1) Through the serum biochemical tests of mice at different time points and the corresponding liver biopsy,we clearly observed that with the time of high-fat diet stretched,hyperlipidemia symptoms became more obvious,indicating that the time dynamic model of hyperlipidemia was success.(2) We did GC-MS detection on the mice serum of the time dynamic model.Because the time of fed with high fat diet is different,the hyperlipidemia symptoms of each group generated a dynamic process.Analysis of test results,we could find that fatty acid content between the groups are not the same,and some were significance, but only three fatty acids changes were regular,and were consistent with temporal dynamics,these three fatty acids were:C16:1,C18:1,C22:6.(3) On the basis of preliminary laboratory experiments, we did GC-MS detection analysis on high-fat group,basic group,as well as functional oil which have lipid-lowering efficacy group.The dynamic effects of this model is based on different diet and it is in contrast to the time dynamic model.we got that serum fatty acids of each group had some differences,but the change of C16:1,C18:1,C22:6 between the three groups is significant,and has a certain regularity,which may be a potential biomarkers.
