According to records,Zanthoxylum has talleviate pain and diarrhea effect,also has insecticidal antipruritic effect, studing chemical constituents and insecticidal activity of Zanthoxylum extraction have corresponding theoretical foundation; the Tribolium castaneum is a common stored-grain pests.Studing insecticidal activity of Zanthoxylum extraction to Tribolium castaneum provide the foundation to study Botanical insecticides;Separating and purifying the Zanthoxylum extractive, then the structural identification were done;after Setting up quality standards,the The Zanthoxylum extraction process were optimized by orthogonality design.Studing the contact action,stomach action,fumigation action and repellent action of the Zanthoxylum extractive.Follow were the optimum Xanthoxylin extraction conditions : soke time was6 h, ultrasound time was 9h, the temperature of extraction was 100℃,and the water sould be the Zanthoxylum by 4 times. The Xanthoxylin reached 1.42%.The Zanthoxylum quality level were established by HPLC, assaying the C27H28N2O4 in Zanthoxylum extractive.The result was in 0.004mg-0.256 mg, the concentration of sample had good linear relation with peak area.The linear equation was Y=2798.3X+0.3896(r2=0.9997),the precentage of CC27H28N2O4 was 1.13%;The optimum extraction conditions by using ultrasound are : ultrasound power is432 W, ultrasound time is 5.7h, ultrasound temperature is 68 ℃, the rate of Zanthoxylum exetraction reached 1.18%.The fumigation action of Xanthoxylin to aedes albopictus were studied, the result was:Xanthoxylin had contact action to aedes albopictus,the value of LC50 was 32.74138μg/cm-3;The contact action, stomach action, fumigation action and repellent action result of Zanthoxylum extractive as followed:Extractive by using lacetate had most effective contact action,the value of LC50 was 1.086463 g/ml;Extractive by using lacetate had most effective stomach action,the value of LC50 was 3.102111 g/ml;Xanthoxylin had most effective fumigation action,the value of LC50 was 2.8793g/ml;Xanthoxylin had most effective repellent action,the rate of repellent reached93.617%.Three pure substances were got from Zanthoxylum extractive by using ultrasound,they,are :Stigmasterol、1-Monolinolein and Lirioresinol B dimethylether.This experiment provided an basis for further insecticide study in Zanthoxylum extractive.
