| Objective : To investigate the JinTiange capsule combine azole to xinjiang uygur phosphonic acid treatment the clinical curative effect of patients with osteoporosis.Methods: Selection in June 2011 to December 2012 in the hospital during the Uighur 44 patients with osteoporosis, all patients were diagnosed with osteoporosis,first time have not any anti osteoporosis treatment, and other bone metabolic disease or drug effects, were randomly divided into treatment group(23 cases, mean age, 72.3 years),after azole to phosphonic acid injection with Jin Tiange capsules, oral calcium, at the same time, 600 mg/d and cover the whole 0.25 ug/d;Control group(21 cases, mean age, 73.1years), the control group only give oral calcium, 600 mg/d and cover the whole 0.25 ug/d,treatment time, using dual energy X-ray absorptiometry(DEXA)(DEXA) determination of the two groups before and after the treatment of lumbar vertebrae 2-4, femoral neck,Ward’s triangle bone mineral density values. Results: Exclude 2 patients drop-out in treatment group, Bone mineral density increase degree of treatment group were significantly higher than the control group(P <0.05) Conclusion: JinTiange capsule combined azole phosphonic acid could significantly increase the bone density xinjiang uygur patients with osteoporosis, inhibit bone mass loss, and reduce the azole phosphonic acid adverse reaction, and the combination between them in the treatment of osteoporosis security, economic and efficient. |
