Objective Talk about the effect of hyperuricemia and the therapeutic effect of resveratrol on lipid,insulin resistance and steatosis damage in Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease rat.Methods 48 male SD rats in weight of 140-160 grams were randomly divided into the control group(A),NAFLD group(B),NAFLD with hyperuricemia(C),and Res treatment group(D).fed control group with common feed(A),fed NAFLD group with high-fat feed(B),fed NAFLD with hyperuricemia group with high-yeast high-fat and the rats was administrated with meanwhile Oxonic Acid by gavage(250mg.kg-1)(C), On the basis of the NAFLD with hyeruricemia group,and the Resveratrol treatment group was administrated of the Resveratrol suspension(100mg.kg-1).In the 13 weekend,to venous blood collection in the rats’ abdominal cavity and separate livertissue from rats’ bodies,and staining was performed in serumTG,TG,HDL,LDL-C,GLU, UA,insulin and immunohistochemistry.Results (1)serum lipid of TC, TG, HDL, and LDL-C:after rats model, the lipid four items of B and C groups were obviously higher than that of control group(P<0.05); except LDL-C of C group,there was statistical difference significantly with B group in other indexes(P<0.05);after Resveratrol’s treatment, each index belong to normal of D group which had statistical difference significantly compared with the C group(P<0.05), except HDL of D group, there was lower significant with B group(P<0.05).(2)Insulin resistance and uric acid:Glu and insulin of B group and C group were obviously higher than that of control group(P<0.05),the level of insulin in C group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05), and after Resveratrol’s treatment,D group was significantly lower than C group(P<0.05);In the matter of uric acid,C group were obviously higher than other groups(P<0.05), after Resveratrol’s treatment,D group was significantly lower than C group(P<0.05).(3)liver pathology: liver fatty change in B group and C group were severe than control group,after Resveratrol’s treatment,reduce the fatty degeneration of the liver in D group.Conclusion High-fat diets can promote the formation of NAFLD.hyperuricemia can aggravate IR and further aggravate the NAFLD.Resveratrol can reduce UA,IR and improve the NAFLD.
