By the rapid development of ageing problem, the health of the elderly people becomes a focus of the whole society. In addition to diet, the exercises of physical and mental are also very important to the physical and psychological health of the elderly.Brisk walking is the easiest of all fitness activities,and is suitable for the elderly to participate.At present, the research of brisk walking for the elderly is mainly concentrated on the effect of the body, less attention to the spirit, especially for the elderly in the exercise process lonely and boring psychological research is more less.This study had combined brisk walking with music,in order to improve negative emotions of the elderly in the process of brisk walking, eliminate loneliness, cheerful spirit,take the brisk walking exercises as fitness compulsory courses every day for a long time.This study takes the influence of brisk walking with music on constitution health of the elderly aged 60-65 in Yichun city as the object of research, through the literature data method, questionnaire survey method, experimental method, mathematical statistics and other research methods,after 24 weeks,detects body shape (weight, body mass index, waist-hip ratio),physical function (quiet heart rate, blood pressure, vital capacity) and physical quality (grip strength, sit and reach,choice reaction time, eyes closed single foot standing) to draw the following results:1. After brisk walking with music exercises,the body shape (waist-hip ratio) of the elderly aged 60-65 in Yichun city compared with before, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).2. The physical function (quiet heart rate, diastolic blood pressure) of the elderly aged 60-65 in Yichun city after brisk walking with music exercises compared with before, there were significant differences (P<0.05), especially compared with before,there were very significant differences on systolic blood pressure and vital capacity (P<0.01).3. Compared with before, the physical quality (sit and reach, choice reaction time) of the elderly aged 60-65 in Yichun city, there were significant differences (P<0.05), especially compared with before there was a very significant difference on eyes closed single foot standing (P<0.01).Through the research results, the following conclusions were drawn:1.Brisk walking of scientific way has good intervention effects on constitution of the elderly.2.Brisk walking combined with music can get exercise on the body of the elderly, at the same time,also let the mental and psychological pleasure and relaxation.This can not only increase the confidence and enthusiasm of brisk walking,but also relax body and mind,better regulate the physiological function, promote the health of the elderly, recommended promotion widely in the elderly population.
