In order to comprehensively improve the ability of medical and health security services in China,in recent years,China has continued to deepen and accelerate the reform of the medical and health system.Public hospitals,as an important body,play an increasingly important role in the reform process.At the same time,public hospitals are also facing some prominent problems in the reform,among which the construction of talent team has become a constraint to the reform and development of public hospitals.Important factors,especially in the underdeveloped areas,the negative effects of this problem are more significant.Yichun City,located in the north of Xinjiang,is far from the regional central city and the developed city in terms of the level of local economic development.Yichun Municipal Public Hospital is the main provider of public medical and health services in Yichun city.Due to the impact of local economic level,the problem of talent team construction in municipal public hospitals is more serious,and even has affected the supply of public medical and health services.How to make Yichun Municipal public hospital develop continuously in the tide of deepening medical reform and further consolidate its position in the medical market is an urgent problem for Yichun Municipal Public Hospital.The construction of hospital talent team is an important link to improve the overall medical service level and quality of the hospital,and also the key to achieve sustainable development of public hospitals.Therefore,in-depth study of the current situation and problems of the construction of talent team in Yichun City public hospitals is of great practical significance for optimizing the structure of talent team and improving the ability of talent team.At present,there are four public tertiary hospitals in Yichun City,namely Yichun Forestry Central Hospital,Heilongjiang Forestry Second Hospital,Yichun First Hospital and Yichun Maternal and Child Health Hospital(Class III,Class B,etc.),and 27 secondary hospitals(4 of which are municipal public hospitals,including Yichun Second People's Hospital,Yichun Third People's Hospital,Yichun Fifth People's Hospital and Yichun Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital).In recent years,these public hospitals have adopted a variety of methods and practices to strengthen the construction of talent teams,and have achieved certain results.However,restricted by system and funds,there are still some problems such as serious brain drain,slow growth in the number of talents,and shortage of professional talents.All these have become the key factors hindering the development of Yichun municipal public hospitals,and have further restricted these public hospitals from giving full play to their public welfare attributes.Starting from the exposition and analysis of relevant theories,through consulting relevant materials and adopting the method of questionnaire survey,this paper analyzes the problems and reasons existing in the construction of talent team in Yichun municipal public hospital,and then puts forward specific measures and opinions on the construction of talent team in Yichun municipal public hospital,which provides theoretical guidance for the construction of talent team in Yichun municipal public hospital and improves the overall service level and quality of the hospital.
