A Retrospective Analysis Of Fu Yang Jie Du Granules For HIV Asymptomatic Period Infectors CD4~+T Lymphocytes

Purpose:Analyzed the test results of 2009-2010 SiChuan Provincial Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine’s subject "Tu Yang Jiedu Granules" to cure Aids of the asymptomatic period of CD4+T lymphocyte,to explore Chinese medicine treatment of AIDS.Methods:We used clinical sampling statistical analysis、theory research、 Comparative study、self-reflection methods, selected 36 standardized cases of patients from 100 cases,and used the paired t test to analyzed CD4+T lymphocyte.Results:At the end of the third month、sixth month and the ninth month,P>0.05,the t test had no significant difference and the CD4+T lymphocyte’s counting down had no significant meaning compared with the treatment before.After 12 months,P<0.05,the t test had significant difference,and the CD4+T lymphocyte count down significantly compared with that taking medicine before.The third month compared with the sixth month、the sixth month compared with the ninth month,the ninth month compared with the twelfth month,P>0.05,the t test had no significant difference,and the CD4+T lymphocyte’s counting down had no significant meaning.Conclusion:Having taken Fu Yang Jiedu Granules after 12 months, the CD4+T lymphocyte count declined which is more than 50/ul, Fu Yang Jiedu Granules were proved invalid to CD4+T lymphocyte of this group of patients who was asymptomatic with HIV infection.
