| ObjectiveClinical study of 40 cases of HIV/AIDS treated with Aikeqing granules of traditional Chinese medicine compound to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Ai Keqing granules in treatment of HIV-infected individuals;meanwhile,exploratory verification whether Ai Keqing granules and HAART combination have activated latent HIV-1 and clear The effect of the virus database forms a clinical treatment program for the functional cure of AIDS.MethodsThis study was designed as a multicenter,randomized,controlled clinical study that included 40 eligible HIV-infected patients / AIDS patients who had HIV-infected / AIDS-infected HAART requiring HIV1-RNA<20 copies / ml,Randomly divided into two groups: A group: HAART + Ai Keqing particles group;randomized into: B group: HAART group.And each patient dialectical type of traditional Chinese medicine.Infected patients take 6 months to 9 months.Before treatment and after treatment4,12,24,36 weeks for follow-up.CD4 +,CD8 +,viral load,liver and kidney function,clinical symptoms and quality of life monitoring.Results1.CD4 + T lymphocyte count changes: A group of 1 month after treatment,6 months,9 months CD4 cell count decreased,the third month after treatment CD4 cell count increased;B group after 1,CD4 cell counts increased at 3 and 9 months and CD4 cell counts decreased at 6 months.There was no significant difference in the data of each group(P> 0.05).The number of baseline CD4 + T lymphocytes in group A with both qi and blood deficit was significantly higher than that in group B,but the difference was not statistically significant at all time points after treatment(P> 0.05)Of CD4 + T lymphocytes were increased,and the sixth month of CD4 + T lymphocytes increased,the difference was statisticallysignificant(P <0.05).In patients with liver-qi stagnation,the numbers of CD4 + T lymphocytes in groups A and B were similar,and CD4 + T lymphocytes in group A at each time point increased with a larger amplitude.In group B,CD4 + T lymphocytes appeared in addition to the first month Rise,the other points in time declined.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P> 0.05).2.The change of CD8 + T lymphocyte count: The basal level of CD8 +T lymphocytes in both groups was similar,and the increase in group A at the third month and the sixth month was not significant at the other two time points,especially in the ninth Month decline is larger.B group began to decline at two time points,the latter two points increased.But both lack of statistical significance(P> 0.05).3.The changes of Th / Ts ratio: The Th / Ts ratio increased at 6 months after treatment in group A,except for the Th / Ts ratio at 6 months after treatment,but there was no statistical significance(P> 0.05).4.HIV-RNA count changes: The counts of HIV-RNA in group A decreased1 month,3 months,6 months and 9 months after treatment,and the counts of HIV-RNA at each time point were 0cp / mL;In Group B,the HIV-RNA counts decreased in 1 and 3 months and the counts of HIV-RNA in 6 and 9 months increased.There was no significant difference in the data of each group(P> 0.05).5.Body weight changes: Body weight decreased in group A at 1 month after treatment,and body weights increased at 3,6,and 9 months;Body weight at 1 month,3 months and 6 months after group B Decline,9 months slightly increased body weight.The weight of rats in group B decreased3 months and 6 months after operation,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).There was no significant difference in the data of each group at each time point(P> 0.05).6.The change of safety index count: The safety index TBIL increased9 after A group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01),B group 9 months after the reduction,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01).The PLT in group A increased at the 6th month,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01).The safety index Cr in group A decreased after 1 month of treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01).After 3 months of treatment,the Cr level decreased significantly(P <0.05),and decreased after 6 months oftreatment(P <0.05).After 9 months of treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01).The safety index Cr in group B increased after 9 months and the difference was statistically significant(P < P <0.05).7.Symptoms and signs score changes: two groups of symptoms and signs score differences were not statistically significant(P> 0.05).ConclusionAikeqing particles combined with HARRT treatment can effectively inhibit viral replication,stabilize the virus level,improve CD4 + T lymphocyte count> 350 cells / μL immune function was not obvious.Aikeqing improves HAART-induced renal impairment,improves HIV loss to the body,stabilizes or increases patient weight. |
