Clinical Observation On Invigorating Spleen And Supplementing Kidney Treatment Of Nutcracker Patients

Objective:Applying the invigorating spleen and supplementing kidney treatment on nutcracker patients with the syndrome of spleen and kidney deficiency, comparing changes of the symptoms、signs and laboratory indicators before and after treatment, making a conclusion of the clinical efficacy of prescription in treating walnut clip syndrome by invigorating spleen and supplementing kidney.Method:30 cases of nutcracker patients with syndrome of spleen and kidney deficiency were selected, and the self control study was adopted before and after treatment with application of sleep and supplementing kidney treatment for 6 months.Observating the ratio of lateral left renal vein diameter (mm) and the left renal vein diameter (mm) in the angle of superior mesenteric artery and the abdominal aorta before and after treatment,24 hours urine protein, the urine red blood cell count at high magnification, urine analysis and comparison of the urinary protein, and TCM syndrome integral improvement and clinical data.Results:1.Six months after treatment of TCM syndrome integral total effective rate of 86.7%. TCM syndrome points in line with the normal state, using paired samples t test, t= 13.202, P< 0.01, the significance of difference, with statistical significance.2. Red blood cells under the microscope,24 hour urine protein quantitative values are in line with the is state,3 months,6 months after treatment two groups of red blood cells in urine high times microscope count, 24 hour urinary protein quantitative compared with those before treatment were decreased (P< 0.01), and the difference is statistically significant.3. The internal diameter ratio of LRV in urinary system was in accord with normal state, and the ratio of LRV to was significantly lower than that of LRV in the treatment of 6 months (P<0.01).Conclusion:1 Applying the invigorating spleen and supplementing kidney can effectively improve the nutcracker syndrome (spleen and kidney deficiency symptoms of two patients).2 Applying the invigorating spleen and supplementing kidney can reduce the nutcracker syndrome (two patients with spleen and kidney deficiency) of urine protein, urine occult blood.3 Applying the invigorating spleen and supplementing kidney can to some extent alleviate compression of left renal vein.
