Research purpose:This topic by observing different syndrome types of ovarian cancer after chemotherapy in patients with blood picture, research the relationship between changes of blood picture after chemotherapy and the TCM syndrome type distribution, investigate the correlation of bone marrow suppression after ovarian cancer chemotherapy and traditional Chinese medicine. Methods:This topic in《the tumor treatment of traditional Chinese medicine guide of ovarian cancer》, will be in 2013 during the period of January to December 2015 in heilongjiang province tumor hospital (the third affiliated hospital of Harbin medical university) patients with gynecological wards in the hospital and diagnosed with ovarian cancer for TCM symptom types, process tracking patients with chemotherapy, collected in 80 patients of bone marrow suppression of routine blood report and record the change of the patients’blood picture, the application of SPSS software, statistical analysis of patients with ovarian cancer after chemotherapy of white blood cells, platelets and the decrease of hemoglobin and the correlation of traditional Chinese medicine.Results:1.80 cases of ovarian cancer patients with bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy average age (51.2+9.02), between 40 to 59 years old, most patients with 55 cases, accounting for 68.75% of the total; 2. 80 cases of ovarian cancer in patients with bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy, dual deficiency of qi and yin group 27 cases, accounting for 33.75% of the total number of patients, dual deficiency of qi and blood group 22 cases, accounting for 27.5% of the total, and blood stasis due to qi stagnation group 3 cases, accounting for 3.75%, blood stasis due to cold congealing group 1 case, accounted for 1.25%, water retention due to yang deficiency group 16 cases, accounted for 20%, hot-dampness yun poison group 7 cases, accounted for 8.75%, phlegm-dampness agglomerating group 4 cases, accounted for 5%; 3.Ovarian cancer chemotherapy patients with different TCM syndrome types of white blood cell count after the overall mean difference was statistically significant, after two comparison between groups, the mean of white blood cells in dual deficiency of qi and blood group、dual deficiency of qi and yin group have significant differences(P<0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups; different TCM syndrome types after chemotherapy in patients with platelet count population distribution difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), after two comparison between groups, amount of platelet count in dual deficiency of qi and yin group is minimum, There are significant differences (P<0.05); different TCM syndrome types after chemotherapy in patients with hemoglobin content of the overall mean difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),after two comparison between groups, the mean of hemoglobin content in dual deficiency of qi and blood group、yang deficiency group have significant differences(P<0.05),and hemoglobin content in dual deficiency of water retention due to yang deficiency group have less statistical significance than dual deficiency of qi and yin group.Conclusion:1.during the age of 41-59,the ovarian cancer patients with bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy is maximum; 2.ovarian cancer patients with TCM syndrome type, dual deficiency of qi and yin group, dual deficiency of qi and blood group and dual deficiency of water retention due to yang deficiency group are more easily than the rest of the four type of bone marrow suppression, was statistically significant (P< 0.05); 3.ovarian cancer patients of dual deficiency of qi and yin group after chemotherapy prone to the reduces of white blood cell and platelet; dual deficiency of qi and blood group ovarian cancer after chemotherapy in patients prone to the reduces of white blood cell and hemoglobin;water retention due to yang deficiency group ovarian cancer easily lead to the reduces of hemoglobin.
