| Objective:This study through the collection and analysis of gynecologic malignant tumor after the first chemotherapy patients who was hospitalized in Jiangsu Province Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from 2014.03 to 2016.03,taking deficiency of both yin and yang as the main pathogenesis,selecting Fuzheng Shengbai Decoction to prevent the cccurrence of bone marrow suppression at first chemotherapy,to investigate the etiology and pathogenesis of bone marrow depression after chemotherapy and the clinical significance of prevention and treatment of bone marrow depression after chemotherapy from the clinical application research and theory aspect.According to its pathogenesis and time,intervening as soon as possible to reduce the incidence of bone marrow suppression and improve the quality of life of patients.Methods:The research used the random contrast test.the object of study is 30 patients with gynecological tumor after surgery who was was hospitalized in Jiangsu Province Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital and would receive TC regimen (Paclitaxel 135mg/m2+Carboplatin 400mg/m2),30 cases were completed finally,dividing them into treatment group and control group. The control group performed conventional chemotherapy, the treatment group added Fuzheng Shengbai Decoction once a day.Then we compare the changes of myelosuppression,bloodcount, the behavioral state score,the improvement of symptoms,the usage rate of granulocyte colony-stimulating factor, and safety evaluation.Results:The two groups have no significant difference in baseline condition when the patients were enrolled in the clinical trial,should be comparabled.(1)Comparison of blood routine changes:The white blood cell count and granulocyte counts in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group at the third day, the seventh day and the eleventh day after treatment(P<0.05).(2)Comparison of karnofsky performance status (KPS) score:the Karnorfsy score of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group. (P<0.05).(3)Comparison of TCM symptoms:In the treatment group,5 effective cases,9 effective cases,1 ineffective case, total effective rate was 93.3%;at the same time, there were 8 effective cases, and 7 ineffective cases in the control group, total effective rate was 53.3%. Compared with the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05).(4)Comparison of Granulocyte Colony-stimulating Factor usage:Usage of the treatment group were significantly less than those in the control group. (P<0.05).Conclusion:The result showed that, chemotherapy of gynecological malignant tumor can lead to bone marrow suppression,delay the progression of chemotherapy, reduce the quality of life, Fuzheng Shengbai decoction can prevent bone marrow suppression of gynecologic malignant tumor,reduce the degree of bone marrow suppression,reduce the usage of Granulocyte Colony-stimulating Factor, relieve the clinical symptoms of TCM effectively, improve the quality of life. |
