| Purpose:By the method of invigorating the spleen and kidney prevention and treatment of bone marrow suppression caused by chemotherapy as the breakthrough point,to provide data for clinical research on prevention and treatment of bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy in the perspective of traditional Chinese Medicine,and to provide effective and reliable prevention and control methods and ideas.Material and method:Selection of 42 patients with standard,according to random number table method were divided into two groups,the treatment group on the basis of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine in the same period on the day before the start of chemotherapy with modified All Nourishing Decoction one dose a day,three times,for during the whole period of treatment,according to the corresponding symptoms in patients with discretion add and subtract.The control group was treated with routine first-line chemotherapy and the treatment of symptomatic treatment other than the modified All Nourishing Decoction.The changes of blood index of patients before and after chemotherapy(WBC,NE,HGB,PLT etc.),symptoms and signs,index and bone marrow suppression of the incidence and degree of safety.The KPS score,Qi and blood deficiency syndrome score and WHO of anticancer drugs in acute and subacute toxicity grading standards,analysis of the changes of the two groups before and after chemotherapy on bone marrow suppression in patients with symptoms,signs and objective indexes.Results:1.Changes in blood,compare the hemogram before and after treatment: Twelfth days after chemotherapy the blood routine test showed that decreased in control group and treatment group WBC,NE,HGB and PLT four indexes before treatment were significant(P<0.05),in which three indexes of WBC,NE and HGB decreased,the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).2.The incidence and degree of bone marrow suppression after treatment showed that the rate in control group of bone marrow suppression in WBC,NE and HGB after chemotherapy was significantly higher than that in the treatment group(P<0.05).At the same time,the degree of bone marrow suppression in the control group was significantly heavier than that in the treatment group(P<0.05).But the PLT bone marrow suppression rate and degree of bone marrow suppression,control group and treatment group had no significant difference(P>0.05).3.In the analysis of TCM syndrome improvement,it was found that the treatment group could significantly improve the clinical symptoms of TCM after treatment,and its symptomatic improvement was obviously better than that of the control group(P<0.05).4.Comparison and analysis of security:The digestive tract reaction,such as nausea and vomiting,in the treatment group was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the contrast of liver and kidney function between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The method of invigorating the spleen and the kidney can obviously reduce the degree of bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy.Chemotherapy can aggravate the Qi and blood deficiency symptoms in TCM.Defect of spleen and kidney can improve the clinical symptoms of Chinese medicine after bone marrow suppression.Improve the quality of life of patients.Safe and reliable,no obvious toxic and side effects. |
