ObjectiveBy comparing before and after the treatment of simplified Fugl-Meyer motor function test, modified Ashworth spasticity rating scale,is to observe the clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture Yin of upper limb spasticity after acupuncture treatment of ischemic stroke,a preliminary study on the mechanism of acupuncture Yin by acupoint therapy of upper limbspastic paralysis after stroke of ischemia, ischemic the stroke left upper limb spastic paralysisrecovery of patients and provide scientific basis. MethodsSelect the rehabilitation ward from February to 2014 from 2015 in the First Affiliated Hospital University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in February met the study inclusion criteria of 60 patients, all aged between 40-70 years old.In 60 cases the patients were selected by random number table method, were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 30 cases in each group.Which treatment group: acupuncture had upper limb yin meridians(Jiquan, Chize, Neiguan, Daling, Shaofu); control group: Acupuncture at the affected side upper limb traditional acupoints(Jianyu,Quchi,Shousanli,Waiguan,Hegu). The selectedacupoints acupuncture 1 times a day, 30 min each time, 1 weeks for 1 courses, each course of 1 days, a total of 4 courses. Were observed before and after treatment modified Ashworth four courses and grades, simplified Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Scale score changes. And spasm and grades and simplified Fugl-Meyer motor function scale according to the modified Ashworth, on clinical efficacy of the two groups were analyzed and evaluated. Results1.Two groups of patients before treatment baseline data(age, gender), the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05), comparable.2. After treatment modified Ashworth grading, streamlines Fugl-Meyer motor function compared improve, Between the two groups, the test group than the control group improved more significantly(P<0.05);3.After treatment modified Ashworth grading, simplified Fugl-Meyer motor function had improved, compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);4. The evaluation: Comparison of two groups of patients after clinical efficacy, Experimental group total efficiency of 86.67%, Control group was 63.33%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);5.Two groups of patients no adverse reactions in the observation period. ConclusionThe purpose of this study is to highlight the post-stroke upper limb spasticity is not equal to “flaccidity syndrome”, thus breaking the traditional “treating flaccidity Yangming Meridian” treatment ideas,According to the “sick in the Yang Yin, thorn Yin Jing” theorybasis of Yin meridian acupoint selection,The selected main points to acupuncture operation, obtains the three yin meridians of handacupoint acupuncture treatment of ischemic stroke recovery of upper limb spasticity clinicalcurative effect is better than pure oral Xiaoshuan intest-inal sol capsule by comparison, and the three yin meridians of Hand acupoion acupuncture in improving hemiplegic patients withmuscle tension, not only reduce the cost but also to avoid the application of Western medicine to reduce side effects of muscular tension(such as drowsiness, fatigue, dizziness, nausea, ataxia), imp-rove patient compliance; give full play to the acupuncture treatment of upper limb spasticity after stroke is safe, convenient, economic, no side effect, easily accepted by patients and other advantages, improve the quality of life in patients with stroke stroke patients, reduce disability rate, reduce the family and social economic burden.
