Clinical Research On Common Acupuncture With "Liuhe Acupoint" Under The Theory Of Twelve Divergent Meridians In The Treatment Of Upper Limb Muscle Spasticity For Stroke Patients

Purpose:This study aimed to objectively assess the clinical effect of receiving acupuncture of"liuhe acupoint" under the theory of Twelve branches of meridians.Method:The collects the patients from the three-section acupuncture clinic and Ward of the Heilongjiang Traditional Chinese Medicine hospital which meet the requirements for spastic upper limb palsy.A total of 60 cases.In accordance with the random number table grouping,six acupoints combined with acupuncture(treatment group)and common acupuncture(control group)were used,with 30 cases in each group.Divide into two groups the combination of common acupuncture therapy and common acupuncture treatment,the effect of the therapeutic methods on the rehabilitation of upper limb spastic paralysis after apoplexy was observed and the data were counted,according to the improved upper limb Brummstrom rating,Fugl-meyer rating(FMA),Ashworth scale(MAS),Clinical Spasm Index Clinic spastcity Index(CSI)The isometric table is the basis for its curative effect evaluation,the data of the two groups are observed,and it is possible to evaluate whether acupuncture can be better in treatment of 60 cases.Result:1.After the treatment,the acupuncture therapy of Liuhe acupoint and the common acupuncture therapy were compared,the improved Ashworth scale(MAS),the CSI scale both decreased(p<0.05),and the Fugl-meyer score(FMA)had a higher(p<0.05)contour.2.After treatment,the treatment group’s Ashworth scale Index and spasticity index Clinic spastcity index(CSI)decreased significantly compared to the control group(p<0.05),while the treatment group in the Fugl-meyer score((FMA)the isometric index,Higher than the control group.Conclusion:1.Liuhe Acupoint combined with common acupuncture treatment and common acupuncture therapy,after a complete course of treatment,can effectively reduce the patient’s clinical spasticity and effectively improve upper limb motor function.2.Liuhe Acupoint combined with common acupuncture therapy has made the theory of differentiation play a more important role in clinical practice,and is simple and effective.
