| Objective:By observing the calming antispasmodic acupuncture treatment of facial spasm and traditional acupuncture method treatment clinical curative effect of facial spasm.Methods:The clinical observation of 60 patients with facial spasm,according to randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group of 30 cases respectively. Observation group of calming antispasmodic acupuncture method is used the Baihui,Sishencong,Yintang,Sanyinjiao,Shen-men,Benshen, Hegu,Taichong,and according to the symptom select Sizhukong,taiyang,Jiache,Dicang,Yangbai, once a day to acupuncture, each time for 50 min, the control group with traditional acupuncture method, select Cuanzu,Taiyang,Quanliao,Hegu and Taichong,take or flat of flat acupuncture technique.7 days for a period of treatment, after four treatment curative effect analysis.Results:1. According to the Cohen evaluation criterion,the observation group and control group after four treatment shows that every growp have curative effect, the difference had statistical significance (P< 0.05).2.No matter observation group and control group before treatment or after treatment in patients with clinical score there was no significant difference,can be compared. The curative effect analysis after treatment, also statistically significant difference (P< 0.05), and effective number of observation group is higher than the control group.3.To analyze the total effective rate of clinical observation, the observation group total effective rate was 93.33%, the control group total effective rate was 70%.Conclusion:1. Using the method of calming antispasmodic acupuncture in the treatment of facial spasm in patients pathogenesis frequency and twitch amplitude on the cure rate were significantly better than traditional acupuncture method treatment.2.Using the method of calming antispasmodic acupuncture in the treatment of facial spasm can enhance the qulity of patients and can popularize among clinical. |
