| Objective:Comparative study the clinical efficacy of premenopausal syndrome and systemic hot flashes,insomnia, palpitations and other related symptoms through Yin-Yang balancing penetration pricker therapy of electric acupuncture, verifying the validity of this method on premenopausal syndrome,and providing clinical evidence for the clinical application of this method.Method:This research will randomly divide 60 patients from acupuncture, gynaecology clinic premenopausal syndrome, second affiliated hospital of heilongjiang university of chinese into 2 groups of 30 people. The treatment group will utilize the Yin-Yang balancing penetration pricker therapy of electric acupuncture while the comparison group will use comfort electric acupuncture therapy, the researchers will analyse the statistical data by observing the related symptoms scores of both treatment group and the comparison group.Results:The total efficiency of the treatment group (the Yin-Yang balancing;enetration pricker therapy of electric acupuncture) is 90%, and the significant efficiency is 50%, while the total efficiency of the comparison group (the comfort electric acupuncture therapy) is 83.33%, and the significant efficiency is 33.33%. There is no obvious ease of the patients’symptoms from the treatment group after 4-week treatment,and there are significantly improvements after 8-week treatment.2 weeks after stopping treatment, patients can basically maintain the status after treatment. There is an obvious clinical improvement of the premenopausal syndrome for treatment group,and the total efficiency is much higher than the comparison group,with significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:The Yin-Yang balancing penetration pricker therapy of electric acupuncture has a significant effect on premenopausal syndrome.. The advantage is fast-efficacy, good-compliance, and fewer side effects and so on. It has the value of widely using in clinical. |
