Peilianmahuangfang With Acupuncture Treatment Of Simple Obesity Clinical Evaluation And Its Influence On Serum NPY

Objective:By observing the gastric heat resistance in patients with simple obesity application page even ephedra joint foundation treatment and the curative effect of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment, and the content of serum neuropeptide Y (NPY) and insulin resistance index, the effect of preliminary evaluation page even ephedra party cooperate with the clinical curative effect of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy in the treatment of simple obesity, and to explore its action mechanism.Methods:In Heilongjiang university of Chinese medicine the first affiliated hospital endocrinology clinic to select 64 cases of eligible patients with simple obesity subjects as research object,randomly divided into two groups,32 cases in each group. Two groups are used to control diet with reasonable sports foundation treatment with acupuncture and moxibustion therapy (Zhongwan,Xiawan,Qihai,Guanyuan,Quchi, Tianshu,Daheng,Zusanli, Yinlingquan,Fenglong,Neiting,Zhigou),on the basis of the control group and treatment group with her even ephedra,300ml,points in the morning and evening.Continuous 12 weeks of treatment,treatment process monitoring and recording participants’body weight,BMI,WHR,the change of TCM syndrome integral,serum TC,TG,LDL-C,NPY content changes,and changes in insulin resistance index and safety index.Results:1. After 12 weeks of treatment in treatment group and control group before and after treatment in patients with various obesity indexes decreased obviously, compared before and after the differences are significant (P< 0.01). The two groups after 12 weeks of treatment on decreasing body weight, BMI value comparison difference is significant (P< 0.01), the treatment group curative effect is better than the control group.2. Two groups of patients before and after treatment serum NPY levels and insulin resistance indices before and after treatment group compared with significant difference (P< 0.01), and compare the differences between groups significantly (P< 0.05), the treatment group is better than the control group.3. Two groups of patients before and after treatment serum TC and TG before and after treatment group compared with significant difference (P< 0.01), and compare the differences between groups significantly (P< 0.05), the treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion:1. Peilianmahuangfang with acupuncture treatment of simple obesity can significantly reduce weight, lower BMI.2. Peilianmahuangfang with acupuncture treatment can improve the stomach heat resistance of simple obesity patients clinical symptoms, at the same time can reduce the TCM syndrome integral.3. Peilianmahuangfang with acupuncture treatment can reduce serum TC,TG level.4. Peilianmahuangfang with acupuncture treatment can reduce the plasma NPY levels and reduce insulin resistance index, to lighten the weight, suppress appetite, the curative effect of delayed gastric emptying, reduce insulin resistance.
