It is the important subjects of our country and even global medical circle to study the pathogenesis of the obesity and prevent and cure the disease early and effectively.The purpose of this research is to discuss the function mechanism of acupuncture on simple obesity and the influence of resistance to obesity relevant insulin. The experiment feed the rats with high fat fodder to make the simple obesity animal's model. Then divide the rats to model group, acupuncture group and medicine group. The acupuncture group acupuncture "housanli"and"zhongwan" with electric acupuncture; The medicine group irritate the stomach with Sibutramine. Detect the influence of acupuncture on the content of triglyceride (TG ) and cholesterol (TC ) in the blood by serological method; Detect the influence of acupuncture on the content of serum insulin (INS ) and Necrosin of tumor by' method of radioimmunology; Detect the influence of acupuncture on the activity of the superoxide dismutase (SOD ), oxidize nitrogen (NO ) , Na + - K + - ATP enzyme in hypothalamus by biochemical method ; Detect the expression of leptin receptor in hypothalamus by immunohistochemical method ; Observe the change of adipose tissue of belly wall and shape structure of hypothalamus by optics microscope and electron microscope. The results showed that the simple obesity animal's model accord with natural obesity pathogenic cause and clinical characteristic of mankind. The rate of causing fat is 60% (75/125).
